This was our first time visiting Sanqingshan Mountain, and going during off-peak season definitely meant less crowds. We took the Gangshou Cableway up to Jinsha and down, a painless hike. The guesthouse owner was incredibly kind; he helped us plan our route and reminded us to bring an extra jacket for the kids as it gets windy on the mountain. I asked the owner about travel routes beforehand, and they recommended taking the Gangshou Cableway up the mountain, which was convenient for families with young children.
