This was our first time visiting Sanqingshan Mountain, and going during off-peak season definitely meant less crowds. We took the Gangshou Cableway up to Jinsha and down, a painless hike. The guesthouse owner was incredibly kind; he helped us plan our route and reminded us to bring an extra jacket for the kids as it gets windy on the mountain. The jacket proved invaluable; otherwise, they would have definitely caught a cold. There were also adorable kittens to pet, which the kids loved.

A spontaneous trip, the room was booked online at the last minute, and overall it was quite good. The location was great, very close to the cable car. I forgot to take photos of the room, but the pictures on their online store are basically the same as the actual room. I asked the owner about travel routes beforehand, and they recommended taking the Gangshou Cableway up the mountain, which was convenient for families with young children. It was indeed very easy and we saw all the main attractions.
