The proactive service and attitude deserve praise 👍🏻 2. After discussing the positives, let me mention the strange experience. We drove for most of the day, not wanting to go out for dinner, so the family of three ate at the hotel's Chinese restaurant. It was the first time in a county town restaurant that they asked for an extra service charge; it was also the first time that the power went out in our private room halfway through the meal, requiring us to change rooms; we ordered 7-8 dishes, and the "snowflake beef cubes" costing over 100 yuan were made with some kind of synthetic beef, and the nearly 100 yuan sweet and sour pork used grapes instead of pineapple as a side dish, and the meat itself was of unknown quality—it was truly disappointing. Although the restaurant manager and staff tried their best to mediate, the objective problems couldn't be ignored. 3. Our car was parked in the parking lot at night, and around 2-3 am, it was scratched by another guest's car. My brand-new car, only two months old, was passively damaged. Experiencing this on the first day of our road trip definitely affected my mood. Regarding the hotel, there were no staff on duty at the parking lot. If there were any guidance for guests, this wouldn't have happened; there were plenty of empty parking spaces."
