"The location is right next to the Everest eco-friendly electric bus drop-off point, making check-in very convenient. Each room has its own key, giving you a strong sense of security. The tents are heated at night. There's a supermarket, restaurant, and public restrooms nearby, so you'll have plenty of options for food, drinks, and entertainment. I was traveling alone, and the staff didn't recommend hot pot, but instead recommended the 50 yuan buffet, which was reasonable for the location. After viewing the Golden Mountain in the Rising Sun, the police and camp staff reminded visitors to hurry down the mountain by bus. There was also a ******* performance in the restaurant that evening. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was lively."

GGuest UserThe environment was immaculately clean. A huge bonus was being able to watch the sunrise over Mount Everest right from the property in the morning! We contacted the owner beforehand, and they were very helpful in arranging the shuttle service to Mount Everest. After our trek down, we were treated to some absolutely delicious yak hotpot – what a perfect and satisfying meal! And their sweet tea? Hands down the best I've had since arriving in Tibet; it was perfectly sweet without being cloying. To top it all off, the owner personally came out to bid us farewell before we left, which was incredibly thoughtful and touching.

SShirley_jiangFacilities: The newly opened hotel has facilities that are not inferior to those of three-star hotels in the city, including electric toilets, electric curtains and sensor mirror lights. The room is equipped with a Xiaomi humidifier and an oxygen concentrator, and the water cup is a disposable aviation cup, so there is no need to worry about the hygiene of the water cup. The hot water is very comfortable. Taking a bath after coming down from Mount Everest is warm and refreshing.
Hygiene: Clean and tidy, the bedding is very comfortable, there is a latex pillow among the four pillows, which is a surprise, and the quilt is light and warm.
Service: The staff are very friendly, helping with luggage and introducing restaurants that locals like. Environment: There is a parking lot at the door, which is convenient for parking. You don’t need to park on the roadside like other hotels. The shuttle bus passes by the door and you can take the bus directly.

Lisa at the front desk was very patient and proactively helped us plan our itinerary. The only drawback was the limited selection of breakfast options; hopefully, that could be improved. However, these minor flaws don't detract from the overall experience. The hotel has a great location and offers good value for money, making it highly recommended.

KkinchinThe room was clean and hygienic, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet (🤣 great!). It had an elevator, underfloor heating, oxygen supply, and a humidifier. Breakfast looked ordinary, but the steamed buns were chewy, and the side dishes were tasty; the only downside was the eggs were too hot, haha.
The location is in Everest Town. Just walk 20-30 meters to the right from the entrance, and you can wait for the sightseeing bus on the roadside (tell the owner, and they can help you book it directly).

In high altitude areas, the hotel not only has such good conditions, all the service staff of the hotel are very enthusiastic, let us feel the simplicity and mellowness of the Tibetan people. On the bus back from the base camp, we forgot our mobile phone. After thinking about it, we contacted the driver. We patiently let us go. Because the road was not familiar, the hotel owner and the proprietress and the front desk came to help. We were not afraid of trouble. We drove three rounds and took us to the base camp ticket office. I retrieved my phone in time. Thank you so much!

It is no exaggeration to say that this is the most stable and comfortable night I slept in after entering Tibet. The whole stay experience was impeccable. I really want to recommend it to every friend who enters Tibet!
Service: The hotel's service is particularly intimate and warm. When I first checked in, I took the initiative to give glucose water for free. The meticulous and thoughtful move instantly made people feel particularly warm. Whether it is reception or room service, any needs can be responded quickly. Check-in and check-out procedures are efficient and convenient. There is no cumbersome process at all, which makes people feel comfortable during a tired journey.
Hygiene: It is impeccable, the interior of the room is clean and spotless, the bedding is clean and skin-friendly, there is no stain and odor, the corners of the bathroom and the tabletop floor are cleaned very carefully, and there is no sanitary corner. The overall public sanitation of the hotel is also very good. The corridors and halls are spacious and bright, clean and refreshing. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, making people live in peace of mind.
Facilities and equipment: The hotel facilities are well-equipped and well maintained, the bedding is moderately soft and hard, it is particularly comfortable to lie on, and the room has excellent sound insulation, which can make people quickly enter deep sleep. Air conditioning, bathroom and other equipment are running normally, easy to use, no fault problem at all, in the plateau area can have such a perfect facility configuration, really exceeded expectations.
It is really lucky to meet such a hotel with intimate service, excellent health and perfect facilities on the way to Tibet. Whether it is a short break or a long-term stay, it is very suitable. Next time, Magnolia Hotel is still my first choice!

The room was very clean and tidy, there was no smell, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the mattress was just soft and hard, and I could relax when I returned to the room for a day and lay down. And the room is equipped with oxygen supply and humidifier, hot water is stable for 24 hours, and it is really healing to take a comfortable hot bath on the plateau.
The overall environment is quiet and not noisy, the sound insulation effect is very good, and the night sleep is particularly stable. The boss and staff are very warm and caring, and they will also remind the plateau of precautions, and the atmosphere is full.
At night, the starry sky boss borrowed a flashlight and gave us water to drink when we left.
It's okay, the boss can also watch us play mahjong. By the way, guide the work. Looking at the 50,000 ** of the **** who is not Hu, the boss is almost mad, but he still laughs and leaves.
