There is direct water and four bottles of mineral water. There is also a dirty laundry basket. The toilet mattress is also very comfortable. The mattress is also very comfortable. Lisa at the front desk was very patient and proactively helped us plan our itinerary. The only drawback was the limited selection of breakfast options; hopefully, that could be improved. However, these minor flaws don't detract from the overall experience. The hotel has a great location and offers good value for money, making it highly recommended.

The room is equipped with a Xiaomi humidifier and an oxygen concentrator, and the water cup is a disposable aviation cup, so there is no need to worry about the hygiene of the water cup. The hot water is very comfortable. Taking a bath after coming down from Mount Everest is warm and refreshing.

Service: The staff are very friendly, helping with luggage and introducing restaurants that locals like. Environment: There is a parking lot at the door, which is convenient for parking. In high altitude areas, the hotel not only has such good conditions, all the service staff of the hotel are very enthusiastic, let us feel the simplicity and mellowness of the Tibetan people. On the bus back from the base camp, we forgot our mobile phone. After thinking about it, we contacted the driver. We patiently let us go. Because the road was not familiar, the hotel owner and the proprietress and the front desk came to help. We were not afraid of trouble. We drove three rounds and took us to the base camp ticket office. I retrieved my phone in time. Thank you so much!

KkinchinThe room was clean and hygienic, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet (🤣 great!). It had an elevator, underfloor heating, oxygen supply, and a humidifier. Breakfast looked ordinary, but the steamed buns were chewy, and the side dishes were tasty; the only downside was the eggs were too hot, haha.
The location is in Everest Town. Just walk 20-30 meters to the right from the entrance, and you can wait for the sightseeing bus on the roadside (tell the owner, and they can help you book it directly).

GGuest UserThe lady at the front desk is very nice and enthusiastic. Parking is safe and the hotel's backyard is clean and flat. The room facilities are a bit old, but in a high-altitude area, the price and service during the National Day are quite satisfactory. I even think the service is better than Lhasa. The room was also very big, and I didn't dare to take a shower because I was afraid of altitude sickness, so I couldn't comment on the bathroom.
