"The most surprising harvest of this Everest trip is in addition to the magnificent snow-capped mountains, and the warmth brought by the Vienna series of hotels. From the moment you step into the hotel lobby, the intimate service is everywhere. We originally booked a single room, but because we wanted to change to a spacious standard room temporarily, we asked the front desk lady with the mentality of giving it a try. She smiled and listened, not only readily agreed, but also directly helped us upgrade to the executive twin room for free. The room has a wide view and complete facilities, which makes us feel the surprise that is valued at once. What moved us most was her extreme care for the details. Knowing that we were going to Everest the next day, she took the initiative to remind us of the high anti-care matters, repeatedly told us not to wash our hair and take a shower at night to avoid colds, and also suggested that we slow down and do not do large exercise. She not only helped us book a sightseeing car in advance, but also deliberately walked out of the hotel when we set off, personally sent us to the car, and confirmed that everything was correct before leaving. Because the trip to Everest was very early, we had no time to eat the hotel's buffet breakfast. After being stuck at the foot of Mount Everest for two days due to heavy snow, these two days have been exceptionally comfortable. The young lobby manager deserves high praise; he's the most enthusiastic and kindest hotel manager I've ever met! We had a wonderful chat! The entire hotel staff is truly exceptional, making for a very comfortable stay. I look forward to returning to this hotel near Mount Everest in the future. The view room is magnificent, and I was fortunate enough to witness the first snowfall of the year—the mountains were covered in a blanket of white, truly spectacular! Today, the Lantern Festival, I finally saw the entire panorama of Mount Everest. The two-day wait was worthwhile; I'm grateful to have met you all along the way, my friends."

"No one had high expectations for accommodation at Everest Base Camp.
I chose this B&B because of the good service, sweet tea, restaurant, owner’s children (more on this later), stargazing, etc. in the reviews.
The actual experience is that all the above expectations are met.
The boss's two daughters accompanied us until bedtime, singing, dancing, giving us food, braiding our hair and watching the stars... leaving us with wonderful ******* memories.
The landlady arranged the room attentively, helped us carry our luggage and put it away. Seeing that we were not full, she even gave us a piece of beef.
The accommodation was good, but the only drawback was the double bed room I stayed in upstairs. Due to the floor heating, small room, and facilities (structural) problems, there was always sound in the room.
A final reminder: Drink less sweet tea at dinner, as it may affect your sleep."

AarchywillheLove the overall vibe of this place (I upgraded my room to Mountain View later on and it’s so good). There is also some sound-proof mechanism in the room and I was able to sleep so well ! (much better than when I was in Lhasa despite the increase in altitude). I was able to have great sleep and naps that prepped me very well for the day’s exploration and hiking.
非常喜欢民宿和房间的整体氛围（后来我升级到了山景房，太棒了）。房墙里还有一些隔音装置，加上这边都是山包围着的；很感谢能让我在海拔高的地方睡得这么好（比两天前在拉萨时好多了）。睡得好，自然进入很好的状态，上山徒步起来很舒服。
Now I know when I visit here again, there is a very comfortable place to stay (am planning to invite friends from Singapore over next year ::) Huge kudos to Mr Doje for bringing this place into existence in the Himalayas and organizing stargazing event every night. The night sky. What a wonder. I’m grateful to be here.

GGuest UserThe environment was immaculately clean. A huge bonus was being able to watch the sunrise over Mount Everest right from the property in the morning! We contacted the owner beforehand, and they were very helpful in arranging the shuttle service to Mount Everest. After our trek down, we were treated to some absolutely delicious yak hotpot – what a perfect and satisfying meal! And their sweet tea? Hands down the best I've had since arriving in Tibet; it was perfectly sweet without being cloying. To top it all off, the owner personally came out to bid us farewell before we left, which was incredibly thoughtful and touching.

The service attitude of the electricity from the hotel to Zhufeng Base Camp is very good. It will help us take the initiative to arrange an environmentally friendly car. At about 6:30 pm when I arrived at the hotel, my husband took the baby to the Everest Base Camp at 7 o'clock, and I checked in alone. The boss was very enthusiastic, afraid that I could not find the way, and came to the intersection to pick me up. The hotel has a total of 19 rooms, the first floor is the front desk, restaurant, kitchen, public restroom, and all the rooms above the second floor. The Everest town is very high in altitude. The hotel has an elevator for easy luggage. There is oxygen supply equipment in the room, the bed is very comfortable, the sheets are very clean, the smart toilet, shower, fog removal mirror, hair dryer in the bathroom are all available. The materials here are all shipped from the outside, so eating in the town is not cheap. Compared with the consumption level in the town, the room rate of this hotel is quite affordable. Breakfast is prepared in advance, with white rice porridge, mustard, steamed buns, cakes are delicious, soft, and have a faint sweet taste. The day I left, I caught up with the snow on Everest early in the morning. The waiter helped us carry the luggage into the car. The main guest cherished farewell. [Eating] There is something to eat 100 meters away from the hotel. The dumpling restaurant we ate at was owned by a Northeastern man who made the dumplings with his own bread and the braised carp very authentically.
[Everest Route] Brother Dorji, the hotel owner, answered all questions about the Everest route. After understanding our itinerary, he also put forward his own suggestions, including but not limited to departure time, ticket status, driving route (Tashi Zongxiang) When you arrive at Gangga Town, you should not turn back) etc.
