"This hotel is fantastic, comparable to a five-star hotel. Every staff member is polite, courteous, and courteous. The hotel's location is also excellent, right next to National Highway 318, with ample space in front and comfortable parking. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, and even though we prefer lighter flavors, we still enjoyed delicious food. "The hotel's location is super easy to find, and the staff at the front desk were incredibly attentive. We booked the eco-friendly shuttle from the base camp, and it picked us up right at the hotel entrance as the first stop. It was quite impressive to see the hotel's name written on the mountainside behind it, and all the rooms are individual villas. We had dinner right there after arriving, and the restaurant's food was decent. Breakfast was very substantial."

"Staying at the newly opened Zhizhi Hotel at the foot of Everest Town was an absolutely perfect experience. First off, it's rare to find a hotel here with its own underground parking garage, and the height limit was very generous, which was great for self-drivers. There are two elevators in the garage that go directly to the lobby and rooms. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and even upgraded our room. The room itself had a Nordic-style, low-saturation decor, which I really loved, and the layout was very practical. We also received welcome fruit, and the staff even brought us two yogurts, haha. The oxygen supply in the room was excellent and pure. The breakfast restaurant had a wonderful ambiance, with clean floors that weren't sticky at all, and the tables were well-wiped. Just the cleanliness alone is a rare find in a hotel in the ******* region! Plus, the hotel is only a 40-minute drive from the Everest observation deck, so it's very convenient for serious photographers to capture photos of the 'golden mountain' at sunrise. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area. Keep up the good work!"

"Accompanied my good friend to Mount Everest for another visit, and we still chose to stay at this Vienna International Hotel chain. The experience was great! My friend really loved the overall decor and layout, which felt modern and youthful. We slept very comfortably at night; the central humidifier kept the humidity just right. What truly deserves a shout-out is the oxygen supply: 4 outlets with pure, ample oxygen. We didn't experience any altitude sickness at all, feeling almost as if we were in Nyingchi. The bedding was very comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. Upon check-out, they even thoughtfully gave us two bottles of grape juice, which was a lovely touch!"

"This hotel directly filled the peace of mind and provided free nasal straws. I didn't have it myself. The front desk could get it. The 24-hour oxygen supply was very nice. I only got here. The chest was tight and the oxygen could be relieved, but the head bloating was a problem with atmospheric pressure. There is still no way to solve it. The room is also very clean! In such a high altitude place, the service + basic guarantee is very good, live at ease and comfortable, come to Tibet to live here is very good, when you go, the front desk also intimately explained the surrounding attractions and precautions. "Although it's a tent camp, the conditions are pretty good for this altitude. The communal restrooms are outside, and they were cleaner than I expected, with vacuum-flush squat toilets that someone regularly cleans. There's hot water for handwashing, though you need to let it run for a bit each time. No shower facilities, unfortunately. You can rent oxygen concentrators or oxygen tanks, which is definitely necessary for anyone experiencing significant altitude sickness. Overall, it's an experience worth trying."

"I highly recommend the Yunzuo Xingguang Hotel (Everest Town branch). It was the best accommodation experience during our Everest trip. First, the front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and efficient with check-in. They actively helped with luggage, carefully explained precautions for high-altitude travel, and patiently answered all our questions about getting to Everest Base Camp. Their service was truly heartwarming.
The hotel has a spacious parking lot with plenty of spots, making it super convenient for self-driving guests – no need to worry about finding a space, which is a huge relief. The diffused oxygen supply in the room was excellent, providing a stable and ample flow of oxygen. Even at an altitude of over 4,000 meters, we experienced no altitude sickness symptoms like headaches or chest tightness. Plus, with underfloor heating throughout the room, it was very warm at night, allowing us to sleep comfortably all night long and completely shake off our travel fatigue.
The breakfast selection was rich and varied, with a good balance of dishes, including noodles, porridge, various side dishes, and hot food. The taste was great, and we could eat our fill, ensuring we had plenty of energy for our trip to see Mount Everest. The guest rooms were clean and tidy, with complete facilities and a stable hot water supply in the bathroom. Whether you're self-driving or taking a chartered car, this hotel is perfectly suited. If you're coming to Everest Town, you absolutely must choose this place. We'll definitely stay here again next time."

"I didn't expect that this small county town can have this grade of hotel, the decoration style facilities are very similar to Atour. The hardware has reached, and the software service needs to be improved. For example, the service staff should take the initiative to greet passengers. The hotel has a free parking lot and a public parking lot opposite. We parked in our own parking lot behind the hotel during the insurance period. As a result, we found that the right front wheel was out of gas early the next morning, and we changed tires in high altitude areas in the rain. When I opened it to the repair shop for inspection, there was a big hole on the side of the tire. It should not be scratched during the driving period. It means that the safety of the parking lot is not guaranteed and security services need to be strengthened."

Oooo._.0oo0Love the overall vibe of this place (I upgraded my room to Mountain View later on and it’s so good). There is also some sound-proof mechanism in the room and I was able to sleep so well ! (much better than when I was in Lhasa despite the increase in altitude). I was able to have great sleep and naps that prepped me very well for the day’s exploration and hiking.

Now I know when I visit here again, there is a very comfortable place to stay (am planning to invite friends from Singapore over next year ::) Huge kudos to Mr Doje for bringing this place into existence in the Himalayas and organizing stargazing event every night. The night sky. What a wonder. I’m grateful to be here.

GGuest UserThe environment was immaculately clean. A huge bonus was being able to watch the sunrise over Mount Everest right from the property in the morning! We contacted the owner beforehand, and they were very helpful in arranging the shuttle service to Mount Everest. After our trek down, we were treated to some absolutely delicious yak hotpot – what a perfect and satisfying meal! And their sweet tea? Hands down the best I've had since arriving in Tibet; it was perfectly sweet without being cloying. To top it all off, the owner personally came out to bid us farewell before we left, which was incredibly thoughtful and touching.

The hot water is very comfortable. Taking a bath after coming down from Mount Everest is warm and refreshing.

GGuest UserIt was fantastic! The location is quite far inside the scenic area. The hotel helps arrange the shuttle bus, and you can board directly at the entrance. It only takes 30 minutes from the hotel to the base camp. The receptionist, Xiao Ciren, was very helpful; he helped me with my things, waited with me for the bus, and even reminded me to bring my border pass, otherwise I almost forgot it. Overall, a great experience!

The rooms were clean, tidy, and odor-free. The 24-hour diffused oxygen supply and underfloor heating were incredibly thoughtful, alleviating my altitude sickness and allowing me to sleep soundly.
The front desk staff were extremely welcoming. They arranged for the Everest shuttle bus, which was right outside the door, making it super convenient to get to base camp.
The windows offered breathtaking views of the snow-capped mountains. Hot water was plentiful, and toiletries were provided. Excellent value for money!
A must-stay when visiting Everest; I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

GGuest UserThe lady at the front desk is very nice and enthusiastic. Parking is safe and the hotel's backyard is clean and flat. The room facilities are a bit old, but in a high-altitude area, the price and service during the National Day are quite satisfactory. I even think the service is better than Lhasa. The room was also very big, and I didn't dare to take a shower because I was afraid of altitude sickness, so I couldn't comment on the bathroom.
