"This hotel is fantastic, comparable to a five-star hotel. Every staff member is polite, courteous, and courteous. "Accompanied my good friend to Mount Everest for another visit, and we still chose to stay at this Vienna International Hotel chain. The experience was great! My friend really loved the overall decor and layout, which felt modern and youthful. We slept very comfortably at night; the central humidifier kept the humidity just right. What truly deserves a shout-out is the oxygen supply: 4 outlets with pure, ample oxygen. We didn't experience any altitude sickness at all, feeling almost as if we were in Nyingchi. The bedding was very comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. Upon check-out, they even thoughtfully gave us two bottles of grape juice, which was a lovely touch!"

The tents are heated at night. There's a supermarket, restaurant, and public restrooms nearby, so you'll have plenty of options for food, drinks, and entertainment. I was traveling alone, and the staff didn't recommend hot pot, but instead recommended the 50 yuan buffet, which was reasonable for the location. After viewing the Golden Mountain in the Rising Sun, the police and camp staff reminded visitors to hurry down the mountain by bus. There was also a ******* performance in the restaurant that evening. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was lively."

When they learned we'd be heading to Gawula Pass for sunrise and would miss breakfast, they proactively refunded the breakfast fee and even prepared two packed meals for us. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. I highly recommend experiencing it for yourselves!"

"This stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is excellent; they can help arrange transportation to Everest Base Camp and drop you off right at the hotel entrance, which is very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, with complete and brand-new facilities. The room was very warm with underfloor heating, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and there was plenty of medical-grade oxygen, so I slept soundly all night. The staff were warm and attentive, efficient with check-in and check-out, and patiently answered all my travel questions. Even in winter, the breakfast wasn't bad; because there were fewer guests, the hotel offered a reservation system, allowing us to choose our own breakfast and avoid wasting food. Lisa at the front desk was very patient and proactively helped us plan our itinerary. The only drawback was the limited selection of breakfast options; hopefully, that could be improved. However, these minor flaws don't detract from the overall experience. The hotel has a great location and offers good value for money, making it highly recommended.

On the bus back from the base camp, we forgot our mobile phone. After thinking about it, we contacted the driver. We patiently let us go. We knocked on the door and the proprietress was still waiting for us. There were no slippers or towels in the room and no room card was required. It was a two-story ******* house in the shape of a Chinese character U. On the left side of the door was the restaurant. It was a typical ******* style. They also provided porridge and pickled mustard in the morning. At the foot of Mount Everest, except for the high-end B&Bs starting at 500 yuan, the express accommodation conditions were average, but much better than the bunk beds at the base camp…
