merry224466What a fantastic breakfast! We were stuffed, and the owner even packed up lots of food and vegetables for us to take home, worried we wouldn't have anything to eat on the road! So kind!
The rye bread was so soft, and it was absolutely amazing with the homemade blueberry jam! (I ate three bowls of jam, haha!) The milk was freshly squeezed that morning, with lots of creamy skin. The sausages and pork liver were homemade, so delicious I ate two plates! There were also various kinds of pancakes, including potato rolls—we couldn't eat anymore, so we packed everything up!

The cabin was incredibly warm and welcoming. It was already late when we arrived at the guesthouse. From a distance, we spotted Kajia glowing with its sign, and as we drove into the courtyard, we saw the cabin itself illuminated with warm, inviting lights. It immediately felt like coming home, giving us a true sense of belonging.
The cabin was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was freshly changed. Waking up, we were greeted by sunshine and green trees outside the window. Breakfast was incredibly delicious, featuring Dalieba (a local bread) with blueberry jam and freshly boiled milk. The dining room itself was charming, adorned with unique birch bark paintings.
This guesthouse is absolutely worth experiencing!

Guest UserThis is a guesthouse run by a Russian couple; the woman's name is Anna. There are several Annas here. When searching for this place online or using navigation, be sure to search for its full name on Ctrip: ”Shiwei Anna's Home.” Once you arrive in Shiwei, be sure to enter the courtyard with the words ”Shiwei Anna's Home” in the first picture. We made the mistake of relying on past experience and directly navigated to ”Anna's Home,” which led us to another place. That place wasn't a real log cabin; the rooms didn't even have chairs. Later, we specifically extended our Shiwei trip by a day just to stay at and experience the authentic Russian-style log cabin and interior decoration of ”Anna's Home.”
Without further ado, in my eyes, this is a ”four-good guesthouse”:
The rooms are great—exactly the same as the pictures on Ctrip.
Cleanliness is excellent—upon entering, I first checked if every corner was clean and smelled the bedding for any odors.
The courtyard is great—the small garden at the entrance is full of blooming flowers, and the small vegetable garden is vibrant.
The hosts are great—they are straightforward and honest, without any unnecessary embellishments.
Pictures prove it—full marks!

QingyangA quiet little courtyard. The moment I stepped inside, I knew all my fatigue from the journey was worthwhile! The reception area was warm and comfortable, with books and exquisite leather carvings (made by the owner himself) on the shelves for me to browse. Walking into the courtyard, the cosmos flowers bloomed joyfully and proudly. Passing through the flower-lined path and climbing to the second-floor balcony of the restaurant, I could capture a breathtaking sunset with a casual snapshot. Even more unforgettable was the evening, when the owner's sister would gather around a stove in the courtyard to brew tea. Guests from all rooms could sit around the stove, enjoying milk tea, fruit, and listening to the owner's stories about building the house. Just as I was about to return to my room, I looked up and saw a sky full of stars. The owner then introduced me to various constellations, and with the help of a volunteer, I took my first-ever photo of the Milky Way. Of course, the room itself was even better—very cozy, with carpets covering the floor, satisfying my habit of walking barefoot. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, and a comfortable hot shower completed my wonderful day.

The room is very new and clean. The proprietress was also very enthusiastic and sent ice cream and cold drinks. The children all liked this cabin very much. The air conditioner is very new and powerful. The breakfast is a bit simple, but it is still highly recommended!

Xiaomimibenmi
Over 20 years ago, when I first visited Inner Mongolia, even the so-called best yurts were just grassy husks and cowflies swirling around when the tap was turned on. Now, with a child, choosing accommodation is still not easy. I wanted to stay on the grasslands, but the larger campsites were too crowded with all sorts of guests, and the noisy bonfire parties and clubbing were simply not to my taste. After much searching, I finally found this place. It's small, perched on a hillside near a village, with a view of pastureland. After checking in, I found the landlady was truly attentive: free freshly ground coffee, a separate wet and dry bathroom, soft beds (surprisingly the most comfortable in our five nights in Inner Mongolia), thick, absorbent towels, a heated smart toilet… The horse riding area she recommended was also very reliable, reasonably priced, safe, and legitimate. After riding, it rained, so we didn't go out and ate barbecue at the hotel. The meat was fresh, and my husband wanted cold noodles, so the landlady even went out to buy the ingredients—corn and perilla leaves, all freshly picked from the field. I'd been lamenting that I'd missed the sunset at Heishantou, but then, while eating, I looked up and saw a fiery sunset (there's a hillside nearby; it must be even more beautiful up there). I've always felt that tourism development in Inner Mongolia is quite challenging. The peak season is very short each year, prices are high, and the quality of cultural activities varies greatly. Shops cater to all sorts of customers, and dealing with difficult or even obnoxious guests can be incredibly frustrating. If guesthouses could all be run with the same care and hospitality as this lady, I believe things would be much better.

The experience of staying in a traditional Mongolian yurt homestay was very good. As soon as I entered the yurt, I was amazed by the traditional solid wood decoration and wool felt exterior wall, which perfectly preserved the Mongolian style. I didn't expect that under the traditional appearance, the internal facilities were super modern and comfortable: independent bathroom, 24-hour hot water can be enjoyed at any time; once the air conditioner is turned on, it is warm even at night. High-speed WiFi is available, and it is super comfortable to lie on the soft big bed and watch TV series. The most considerate thing is that it provides special breakfast, milk tea, milk, and various side dishes. The store also enthusiastically introduces the tour route. Whether you want to experience the grassland style or pursue quality accommodation, this place is highly recommended!

Guest UserAdditional five-star praise! The rooms are clean and comfortable, well-equipped, and the stay experience is excellent. The proprietress is warm and hospitable for her personality, treats people sincerely and attentively, and gave a lot of intimate care during her stay. The service is particularly warm and has the intimacy of local people! I will choose here next time I revisit the old place. Highly recommended to all tourists!

Guest UserAfter the child finished the exam, he set off to Hulunbuir, which he had longed for. It was definitely a worthwhile trip. When we got to the border, we decisively chose Enhe Nationality Township. I did a guide online and it seems that this place is more Russian. When I stayed in Pushkin, I also felt that the name was more Russian. Haha😃 The environment is very clean and the boss is very welcoming. The kids also love the mixed-race boss lady! Absolute sense of security! Absolutely exotic! Highly recommended!

The entire northern route's cultural landscape seems to be condensed in Enhe Ranch. The room windows depict the Ha'er River, birch forests, pastures, Wolong Mountain, and the Milky Way, and often feature the daily lives of various animals. You frequently hear ”tap, tap, tap” and ”thump, thump, thump” footsteps, which you might mistake for children running around, but are actually adorable chicks and sheep. Slow down, relax; everything here can slow down. Get to know the people gradually. There's no need to rush to be enthusiastic or get to know them. Feeling safe and comfortable in nature's embrace naturally opens your heart, allowing you to feel the warmth and belonging of home. Thank you to everyone I met in Enhe and Enhe. I think I understand why some friends return here every year. Grateful! This is a wonderful hotel that cherishes nature, culture, and every visitor.
