It was really a surprise! The upgraded room is spacious and clean, well-equipped, and the experience is full. The staff was warm and thoughtful throughout the whole process, the response was timely and caring, the details were all attentive, and the stay experience was great! Cost-effective and service have not to be picked, highly recommended

GGuest UserThumbs up! Black Mountain Head is a popular tourist destination, but the town felt rather chaotic. This hotel, located a seven-minute drive outside the town, boasts its own large wetland area (Lev Wetland Park). Staying in a wetland view room offers stunning views right from your window. Hotel guests can directly walk into the wetlands, and the observation deck provides unobstructed panoramic views. The breakfast was also delicious. The service was exceptionally attentive.

I only came to comment on the eleventh trip. I strongly recommend this hotel. The friends recognized the full score hotel in Inner Mongolia. The breakfast is rich and distinctive. The manager also sent two books, which is memorable! I will have the opportunity to stay for a few more days and have a good rest in the future!

AAnonymous UserI took my parents to drive on the most beautiful border highway. We set out from Shiwei in the morning and planned to stay at Wulanshan Camp Hotel at night. Unfortunately, the X904 road was closed. The hotel was very considerate and informed us of the closure in advance, so that we were fully prepared. There will always be various maintenance during off-season travel. When passing a section of the road that was temporarily closed, we contacted the scenic spot and it immediately replied with the estimated time of opening to traffic, which gave us a sense of belonging in the unknown journey.
I originally planned to stay in a yurt, but the hotel gave me a big surprise during the off-season. I was upgraded to the Sky Room. Standing on the balcony, I could see the Tai Chi diagram, the sunset, the Milky Way, and the mist on the river at 6 a.m. It was really beautiful.
The hotel is very considerate to have a butler. The butler, Tang Long, is very nice and enthusiastic. He drove an electric car to take us around the scenic area and was always available at our beck and call. The horse riders were also responsible for taking photos for us, so I really have to give them five stars.

SShaoenIt is a relatively fashionable building in the local area. You will pass by it when driving to Heishantou Horse Farm or Heishantou Town, so it feels that the transportation is not very convenient because you have to walk 8 kilometers back.
Originally, breakfast was included when I booked the room. I specially refreshed the quotation on the same day and it was slightly cheaper than what I booked in advance, but it did not include breakfast. I thought that breakfast was limited to a limited number of people and was sold out. As a result, I found out after checking in that the kitchen caught fire and was renovated, so breakfast could not be provided. No one mentioned refunding the price difference. It was not clear at first, so forget it.
The room is simple, but the layout is quite warm. It is comfortable. In fact, it is just a space with several functional areas. Fortunately, the bedding is clean and comfortable, and the air conditioner is powerful, so it is okay to rest.

GGuest UserExceeded expectations, a particularly large room with two bathrooms, and it feels OK for several people to live together. In the tourist season, the price is still acceptable. The view is particularly good, and the observation deck of the wetland scenic spot is actually the same location. You can see the Erguna wetland in the morning. And living here, there are no tickets for both wetland scenic spots. The only problem is that it is not in the city. It is not very convenient to go out at night. It is recommended to have dinner and then return to the hotel.

GGuest UserThe environment of the yurt room is very good, equivalent to a five-star hotel in the city. The yurt is very spacious and the bedding is very clean. It is beyond our expectation that we can have such an environment and hygiene on the grassland. The facilities and equipment are very complete, you can take a shower, and the yurt is also very warm. You can visit the scenic area for free if you stay here. The scenic area is also very large. There is a sightseeing train that can go deep into the grassland to see the grassland. The train takes about an hour to tour around. According to the staff, the train travels 8.6 kilometers. In the evening, we ordered food at the restaurant here on the grassland. We ordered the grassland specialty roasted lamb leg. The price of the meal here is very reasonable and the taste is great 👍🏻. I will bring my family here to play in the future!

GGuest UserBringing children, we wanted to experience this pristine environment, allowing them to connect with and feel nature. The scenic area boasts natural birch forests and sacred black birch trees. The receptionist explained the history and culture of the Mongolian people, which piqued our curiosity. The scenery was unparalleled, a natural primeval forest. The accommodation was quiet and secluded; we chose the unique capsule-style room, a perfect blend of technology and nature. The developer was very creative, building such a room type in such a secluded location—a truly unique experience. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, plenty of hot water, and the breakfast ingredients were very fresh. Waking up to birdsong in the morning and falling asleep under the stars at night—this experience was truly unique.
