"The best hotel in the Qinggan Ring Line itinerary, the price is not expensive, the price is very high, clean and laundry room, relatively quiet, stayed for two days. The aunt who packed up the things was also very good. I didn't say that we turned off some because we left. The experience was great! There are also places to eat nearby. "The front desk service was very enthusiastic. When I checked in, I was given cookies, which were delicious and hot. The front desk lady patiently introduced the hotel and the swimming pool and gym. "This stay at Atour was such a pleasant surprise! I had originally booked a standard double room, but upon check-in, the front desk staff were incredibly kind and upgraded me to a suite for free – I was instantly thrilled!
The suite was much larger than the double room, with a well-designed layout, spotless and odor-free. The bedding was soft and comfortable, with a wide selection of pillows, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the toiletries were of high quality. All the facilities were new and functional.
From arrival to check-in, the service was warm and attentive, with a gentle and patient attitude. The hotel environment was elegant and quiet, and it was very convenient for getting around. This unexpected room upgrade completely enhanced my experience, offering excellent value for money. It's the perfect choice for business trips and vacations, and I'll definitely choose Atour again next time!"

"I have lived in too many hotels in the north and south, and this hotel really surprised me. In terms of facilities, diffuse oxygen supply and humidifiers greatly relieved physical discomfort. What touched me most was the warm service of all the staff of the hotel. Just arrived at the hotel entrance, the staff took the initiative to help with the luggage. The receptionist warmly and quickly handled the room card and upgraded the room for free. When I entered the room, there was a staff member to greet me. I casually said that my head was a bit uncomfortable, and I immediately brought Rhodiola Oral Liquid! The free supper provided was declined because I wanted to go out to eat, and then I quickly took a special snack! I said that yogurt is so delicious, and I immediately have to send 🤣 to check out the next morning. What surprised me was that the staff sent me four boxes of yogurt and a box of wolfberry! ! ! This treatment has not been encountered in many five-star hotels in the mainland! The first time I came to Golmud, although it was a few cold days, the enthusiasm of the hotel staff made us feel warm, thank you! Thank you for the enthusiastic Golmud people! "The hotel is a little out of place to be honest. It’s very close to 水上雅丹 but this attraction is not open to foreigners. This hotel has 司机房 for free (for those who has a driver).
However, my family and I never NEVER regret staying at this hotel even though the driver mention that it’s out of place and he has to go longer way to Dunhuang.
The sky was clear and we were able to see stars (really a lot of stars) and also sunrise and sunset.
One thing to share would be HAHA
We are a family of 4. Only the first person who showered has hot water. The rest of us showered in cold water. There is a signage saying that the hot water will come again 20 mins after the first person showered but the hot water didn’t come.
However, it’s not a big factor and we totally understand because it’s in a middle of desert!! We are luckily to even have water to shower in the first place. Our driver shared with us that this area doesn’t have water pipes so we are really luckily that this hotel does supply water."

GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located close to Golmud Station; a short taxi ride got us there right after we arrived. Our room was very clean and had air conditioning. Breakfast was also quite good, and we felt it offered excellent value for money. We arrived early in the morning before our room was ready, but the front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and even gave us complimentary breakfast vouchers, which was a lovely gesture. The Charhan Salt Lake, which we visited from Golmud, was absolutely breathtaking.

GGuest UserAs a frequent traveler, I have stayed in more than 2000 hotels before, and I have never felt more genuine care than at the Tu An Hotel in Golmud: as I check in, the manager 韓月 (I believe she was the manager) noted that my lips were dry, and immediately told her staff to set up a moisturizer in my room. I chose this hotel because the airport bus departs from here; however, the information regarding the bus schedule was patchy. The hotel staff did not know what was the latest schedule, but all of them had been very helpful to try to help me with it - from the manager to the cleaning staff. All of this shows that this hotel cares for the guests.

The two elevators are fast and quiet, the breakfast is rich and varied, the front desk service is warm and fast, making you feel at home, the room service is enthusiastic, the room is clean and sanitary, and the details are in place. MMR.zihaoThe hotel shares parking lots with other nearby shops, but fortunately this hotel will occupy the space with a cone bucket, plus the price is cheap, which is an advantage. Because there is half a bucket of rotten acid water in a washing machine, the other door cannot be opened, and the groove of laundry detergent emits a stench, but the hotel did not increase the price during the May Day holiday, which is a very conscience act. So I didn't give a very low rating, if you don't have high requirements for the above situation, you can still try it.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and clean, and the location was great, right across from the train station. It's a popular hotel for day trips. Restaurants and shopping are conveniently located nearby, just a few minutes' walk away. The only slight drawback was that the sliding door to the bathroom in our room was broken, so we couldn't close it while showering. Otherwise, we were very satisfied.
