Secondly, there were black spots in the toilet that wouldn't go away, something I've never encountered in so many hotels. There were also hair and water stains on the floor from the previous guest. The overall environment and service were okay, but compared to Mercure hotels in other cities, I still feel there's a lot of room for improvement.
