The best hotel in Xuejiawan, no doubt about it. The hotel is luxuriously decorated, with advanced facilities, thoughtful service, and great breakfast 👍, especially the freshly wrapped and steamed siu mai, which is very good 👍. The service staff are well-trained. I hope that the facilities can be well maintained and the service level can be maintained for a long time.

非常棒的酒店，有下午茶又有夜宵。因為酒店沒留意預訂備註，使得原本預訂的房型（一大床及一雙床）無法在同一層樓，衹能安排兩大床房在同一層樓，酒店人員不斷道歉，還分別贈送兩房各一大盤水果，真得非常客氣有禮。 房間又大又乾淨衞生，早餐菜色也挺豐富，用餐環境整潔有序，很是舒適。酒店附近似乎沒啥餐廳，不過點外賣選擇很多也很方便。

The hotel room was indeed nice, and the guy who showed us to our room during the day provided good service. However, the dining experience in the evening was a major issue. After a long day of activities, tired and hungry, we found there was only one chef for stir-fries and one person for BBQ. The queues were impossibly long, and there weren't enough tables available. If you wanted to take a chair back to your room to eat instant noodles or something, you had to pay an extra 200 deposit! If you're staying here, I highly recommend bringing your own food and drinks, otherwise, you'll have a very uncomfortable experience after a day out, especially families with children.

Amazing Personalized Service - Proactively adjusted us to a quiet room away from the elevator Guest requests were fulfilled quickly. The breakfast was a rich buffet with many varieties and good taste; the buns, porridge, and side dishes were all very fresh. The staff cleared the plates promptly, and the dining environment was very clean. For this price, this hotel is fantastic! It's budget-friendly yet provides basic comfort, making it perfect for students or travelers on a tight budget. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in this city!
