Very pleasant pre-check-in experience, the room has a large yard, very convenient, you can cook your own barbecue. The butler service is very good, very intimate, and also took the initiative to help us take the luggage to the station. It was very hard to get up early in the morning. The room was very clean and hygienic. You went to the station of Sedayuan Buddha College.

The little brother at the front desk has a very good sense of service. The boss who greeted him must praise him. The rooms are very comfortable with logs. The room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding that was free of any strange odors. The soundproofing was also good, and the hot water supply was consistent. The heating, in particular, was very powerful; I actually woke up in the middle of the night feeling too hot and had to open a window to let in some air, only to discover it was snowing outside! ❄️ The hotel's location is absolutely central, just a 5-minute walk to the Seda County Jinma Grassland distribution center. You can park your car directly in a nearby parking lot, which makes loading and unloading luggage very convenient. The hotel offers great value for money and is highly recommended!

Choosing Kasa Hotel for my Sertar trip was absolutely the right decision! The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to the entrance of the Buddhist Academy, making getting around incredibly convenient. Compared to other hotels along our self-driving tour through western Sichuan, this hotel's facilities are top-tier in Sertar. The rooms are spacious, and the amenities are comprehensive; the breakfast selection is also rich. If you don't feel like dining out, I highly recommend the hotel's second-floor restaurant – it has an excellent local reputation, using quality ingredients and serving authentic flavors. I must particularly commend the hotel manager! We didn't have a car for this trip and wanted to visit Lhorong Monastery. The manager proactively arranged pick-up and drop-off, covering nearly 20 kilometers round trip, and was genuinely friendly and helpful. Whenever we had any requests, big or small, the staff were always enthusiastic and willing to assist, offering free help with many minor issues. The service was incredibly warm and thoughtful. Overall, the experience was perfect. I'll definitely choose Kasa Hotel again on my next visit to Sertar and will recommend it to any friends planning to come here!

I usually don't like to leave reviews because I find them troublesome, but this time I really recommend it. The bed was very soft, the view was great, and there was an oxygen machine and blood oxygen monitor in the room. Most importantly, the owner was very nice. She would turn on the heater in advance and let me know if I had any questions. On the last day, I had a nosebleed due to altitude sickness and it wouldn't stop. The owner took me to the hospital at 2 o'clock in the morning. I am so grateful and highly recommend it.

On June 8, 2025, I finally arrived in Seda, a place I had always wanted to visit but never had the chance to. The road was muddy and slippery the whole way, and the rain got heavier and heavier as I climbed the mountain at night, making it cold and wet. But anyway, I finally fulfilled my wish. Checking into the hotel was convenient and quick, the room was well-equipped, clean and hygienic, and there was free parking right outside. Breakfast at the hotel next door was very good, and it wasn't far from the distribution center.
