The beautiful lady Xiao Yang helped me with altitude sickness relief and comforted me before the ambulance arrived. I am really grateful to her. She took the initiative to leave her phone number with my family so that we could call her anytime. She even called me after get off work in the evening to ask if I was feeling better. But in the so-called beautiful suite, there is such a large space, but there is no luggage rack, no TV remote control, obvious stains on the toilet, no countertop for bath gel in the bathroom, you have to bend down to get it from the floor, and there is no place to put clothes for bathing... The water is yellow... There was a power outage at 12:30 in the middle of the night, and it was silent. The whole hotel was like dead. I looked at the lobby door, and the security guards and flashlights were gone. I pushed the door to see the corridor, and there was not even an emergency indicator light in the corridor. Compared with other hotels of the same price in Tibet, it is just a shelf. It is better not to be called a five-star hotel, so as not to disappoint people."

"The room was spacious, but the bathroom was extremely small. It had a separate wet and dry area, but the shower area was too tiny, less than one square meter. In a family room, it was impossible to bathe with a child. The shower's hot and cold water indicators were upside down, and the water wouldn't heat up even after running for a long time. The bedside lamp was poorly designed, very low, and the light hit my head. The inner seals on the shampoo and body wash bottles were impossible to tear open; I had to use the pointed end of a toothpaste tube to pry them open, which was extremely difficult. Also, the bathroom had a mat, so the water barely drained, almost turning it into a bathtub; I had to remove it. There was no heating, making showering very cold in August. Additionally, the walls were made of cement. The soundproofing was poor; I was woken up by other guests in the middle of the night. Overall, the experience was terrible.
