"Xiao Yang at the front desk is very nice, thank you! I checked in on the 26th when I was suffering from severe altitude sickness. The beautiful lady Xiao Yang helped me with altitude sickness relief and comforted me before the ambulance arrived. I am really grateful to her. She took the initiative to leave her phone number with my family so that we could call her anytime. She even called me after get off work in the evening to ask if I was feeling better. With such excellent employees, Seda Wasu Hotel will definitely get better and better! Excellent employees and excellent hotels must be a two-way journey!"

"The hotel's location is truly impeccable, right next to the visitor center and very close to the Buddhist Academy ticket office—just a few minutes' walk away. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, making it the perfect place to stay when visiting and worshipping Buddha in the area. I especially want to commend the front desk service. The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and patient. Check-in and check-out were very efficient, and they patiently answered any questions I might have. The service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The hotel breakfast was also excellent—a wide variety of options, clean and hygienic, with home-style and delicious flavors. I ate very comfortably. Overall, I had a fantastic stay; the environment was clean and quiet, and the price was incredibly reasonable. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

"The room was spacious, but the bathroom was extremely small. It had a separate wet and dry area, but the shower area was too tiny, less than one square meter. In a family room, it was impossible to bathe with a child. The shower's hot and cold water indicators were upside down, and the water wouldn't heat up even after running for a long time. The bedside lamp was poorly designed, very low, and the light hit my head. The inner seals on the shampoo and body wash bottles were impossible to tear open; I had to use the pointed end of a toothpaste tube to pry them open, which was extremely difficult. Also, the bathroom had a mat, so the water barely drained, almost turning it into a bathtub; I had to remove it. There was no heating, making showering very cold in August. Additionally, the walls were made of cement. The soundproofing was poor; I was woken up by other guests in the middle of the night. Overall, the experience was terrible. The owner, however, was quite nice."

"The hotel has a very good location, close to the Seda La Rong Wuse Buddhist Academy Service Center, making it convenient for those buying tickets to visit the mountain. The environment is quiet, the rooms are spacious, the mattresses are very comfortable, the bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, and the water pressure is sufficient. Oxygen is provided for eight hours. The hotel service is excellent, meeting five-star standards. I was very satisfied, especially since the hotel is newly opened and the facilities are very new. The only problem was that we didn't know how to adjust the British-style heating system, making the room too hot all night, so we slept without a blanket. But this hotel is still worthy of my five-star rating."
