I was originally looking forward to the newly opened hot spring hotel in Zhangzhou's most famous Pien Tze Huang factory, but the experience after checking in was hard to describe: (1) Because it has just opened, the hot spring qualifications have not yet been approved. Currently, the so-called hot spring hotels do not have hot springs. (2) After checking in, I asked if there was a discount for purchasing Pien Tsai Wong if I stayed in the hotel. The answer was no. But after checking out today, I went to the pharmacy in the factory area next to it. When I entered the door, it said that guests of the hot spring hotel can purchase Pien Tsai Wong. There is a real object that counteracts 8% (3) After turning on the air conditioner in room 5508 at night, there was a smell similar to instant noodles. There was also a problem with the lights in the room. After reporting to the hotel, they immediately sent someone over to check and said they could help change to room 5512 next door. After entering, I found that the toilet was not cleaned, and there were things left by the last guest in it. Should this hygiene management be strengthened? In short, the hotel looks good from the outside, but the internal management still lacks a lot! I hope national brands can also learn from international brands

The hotel is located at the top of the mountain, it's perfectly nice location. The service staff’s attitude is truly amazing and helpful especially the front desk who is very accommodating to our requests, restaurant staffs were very attentive and friendly, great food, not so expensive and the room is very clean, nice & tidy. There is also a park area in front of the hotel. This place is overlooking Zhangzhou and the other side is Xiamen. During the night time, we stayed at the terrace, drink some wine while staring at the beautiful view. Unfortunately, we’ve missed the sunset as it’s too late when we come back to the hotel. We also wake up very early and watch the beautiful sunrise in the morning at the back of the hotel. Also, there are free drinks available in the room and we got sweet soup and fresh fruits available after we come back from our tour. This is a good place to stay, far away from hustle and bustle of the city. It's 4 km to the famous Ten Miles Blue Mountain and it’s overlooking from the hotel. The hotel even sent us to this place by their service van and offered to pick us up back to the hotel which is well appreciated. After we check out, we thought it's easy to get a Didi but ended the hotel offered their service van again to bring us down the mountain to get Didi easily. It’s better to have your own car for your own convenience travelling around this area. We can’t say enough good things about moonlight resort and will surely give them two thumbs up for their amazing service, it was all so great stay! Definitely this hotel is highly recommended, we booked 2 rooms Elegant & Privilege Queen Room it's worth the trip. We hope to come back again next time.

This time I chose three bedrooms, two living rooms and one bathroom, 110 square meters. If there are many people in the family, it is recommended to choose three bedrooms, two living rooms and two bathrooms to try.
