Room main smell bht gandi thi khana to pucho matt itna vayiyaaat thai agar kosi street se khao let a toh ac-ha thai. Aur staff is in very attitude.

Rooms were clean and check in was easy. But the rooms are very small. The bathroom had broken lock. The phone in the room was not working. I stayed for two days and after my checkin room was not cleaned at all.

Ok i'm ready. I don't want any refund. Room is not double beds. Bathroom not looking inside n outside. Ac is not good working. No lift facilities. Bathroom lighting poor. Room service not good

Very bad management. No proper protocol. They don't follow any rules and regulations, they'll assign you room as they wish. Even if you book a superior or deluxe room, they'll give you a standard room and not change it when your book room is available.

The hotels rooms are comfortable according to minimla stay. Some washrooms are not so clean some are well maintained. The rooms we're good and the servies was also good. Its near by cs-mt railway station
