Service is very poor. There are no arrangements of lunch and dinner, only breakfasts, though same food are repeated daily.

Building is old and dated. Leakage everywhere. Very bad and rude front office staff. Room stinks of a damp and musty smell makes you sick. Inexperienced bell boys and very seedy and shady place. My office booked me here by mistake and the experience was my worst in a mumbai hotel.

Bathroom of room was too small & old. It had no exhaust fan. When somebody sits on the commode his head touches the opposite wall.
