Rooms were not at all clean, the area is very bad. Stinky smell from rooms and the ceiling is leaking. Also there are rats roaming in the ceiling

Bad service, poor room cleaning and i hope they were not changed bed sheet in a week periiod and they are not bothered at all. Cocroaches and running across the room randomly.
