Hotel staff at reception very rude and not friendly. Very hard to get taxi very conn area not recommended

The location was ideal, it's very near bandra west railway station and bandra bus stand west. Veg / nonveg many restaurants nearby lucky hotel. Lucky hotel on the way, you easily get the auto rickshaw, taxi, ola uber etc. Ideal to stay only one person or maximum two person in one room

Room was not cleaned, cockroaches were all around on the floor. Breakfast was very good. Staffs were helpful.

Excellent room service with world class chilli chicken served from adjoining lucky restaurant. Bathroom was very clean and housekeeping was very prompt. Shall definitely visit again
