Nice property, good time we had there. suitable for family and friends. Cooperative staff and service. Good water park activities with one big pool and DJ facilities Food is tasty with the different varieties of veg and non veg dishes. Overall very nice property to spend a weekend

Pathetic customer service. The person at reception Mr. Rahul Oak was very arrogant and not at all customer centric. The pool quality was not good, many kids had some or the other body cuts. Entire breakfast, lunch, dinner including non-veg food was not upto the mark. Very upset with overall experience we had for overnight stay. Infact the committed matrices were also not provided. We have to arrange the same for ourselves. We donot recommend the place to family trips

I have bean cheated through the team of Pali Beach. They sale water park ticket on railway platform of Rs.800 for four people in this we can do free entry. But once we reached to the resort the counter person said the ticket which was received from outside is not valid. So we need to purchase off line ticket from the counter only and again I had to pay 1400/- rs for ticket charges for entry fees. I want refund my amount. You can not charge twice entry fees. This is monopoly of getting money from people. Pleased do not buy ticket from outside or Any railway station. I have been trying to call on your provided number but call not answered. Pathetic Service.

Letterlijk twee dagen uitgehouden! Nu is India naar westerse maatstaven een onhygiënisch land en worden de meeste mensen minimaal 1x per reis ziek. Als je goedkoop wilt reizen ga dan NIET naar India - je zult serieus moeten spenderen wil je iets hebben wat voldoende hygiënisch is en goed is. Mensen de (werkers) kunnen heel aardig zijn. De ***agers of directeuren zijn eigenlijk naar mijn ervaring absolute op licht ers. Het land is er vol van. Jammer van zo'n mooi land, maar de oude heerschappij is ronduit walgelijk. Dit resort dus ook !!!! Ga er alsjeblieft niet naar toe. Ik zeur niet graag dingen af maar in dit geval kan ik niet anders. Het is werkelijk waar 1 grote gore bende. Te veel om op te noemen. zwembad/glijbanen/kamer/douch/eten/lucht/bediening/***agement alles 1 grote bende en afzetterij. Als dit beoordeelt moet worden door een reisorganisatie dan scoren ze waarschijnlijk -10. Ga niet blijf er weg voor je eigen gezondheid en veiligheid. !!!!! de reden van de twee dagen was om iets anders geregeld te krijgen ver ver ver weg van deze gore bende.
