I just arrived in Munich and stayed in this hotel. It was very cold that night, so I had no choice but to find a restaurant nearby. The waiter, the fat lady, had a bad attitude and even scolded me. The hotel is an absolute disgrace!!!! I arrived after check-in time due to serious problems on arrival (suicide on the tracks). The reception was already closed. Despite informing the hotel, they charged 100% of the overnight price INCLUDING breakfast. I had to find another hotel and didn't set foot in this hotel. So beware of these criminal methods!!

Only the location has value the rest is terrible go for the very small room without any comfort given the measurements only a bedside table next to the bed but when I travel I'm fine with just a bed to sleep in I'm happy but the bathroom simply a hole with a mini sink no shelf.cleanliness is acceptable. The staff doesn't speak a word in Italian and some don't even speak English. At the reception which is so small that it doesn't even accommodate a chair you often find a girl who I can't call a lady who is always aggressive and never says hello and mistreats the guests. The breakfast is nothing special. Furthermore, the price is not cheap. I advise against it
