The hotel is 100/100 to all.. and have a best Krushevo city view!!! The best hotel in Balkan.. The food and service is amazing.. I was on holiday for weekend with my family and we are very happy 😍!! Staff in reception is very welcomed and friendship!! I love PANORAMA HOTEL 🤩🤩🤩 its have best location, service and view to Krushevo city 😇🥰

We have stayed before and now stayed for a weekend and the hotel is still holding on to the high standard that we are use to. Friendly staff, great food, clean rooms and excellent location. It is a great getaway from the busy cities to relax in the spa after a day full of adrenalin in the nearby adrenaline park.

An excellent hotel that offers contents and activities for everyone's age and profile. Special praise for the kindness of the staff. Helpful, and willing to help with any question. The food in the restaurant is delicious, different from anything you can find in the city, high quality, well served, with reasonable prices. You can find a wise range of choices, both traditional dishes and international. The rooms offer a superb view of the city, especially at sunrise, peace and quiet. The adventure park recommended by the hotel is a great place for a well-spent day, with friends, childrens. An interesting selection of activities for all ages. A really great place, regardless of the season

Great location with scenic view of the whole town of Krushevo. Hotel staff was friendly esspecialy with my children. The spa was open until late, all of the ammenities were in operation. There are EV chargers on the hotel parking offered for free for the hotel guests. The hotel is operator of the chairlift starting from the Krusevo downtown going up on the ski slopes that are part of the adrenaline park during the summer. The restaurant staff offered us the new meals from the updated menu. Reccomended place for weekend break or escape from the city chaos.

The most unprofessional hotel I have ever experienced! This is not overall hotel review but more of customer service review … I had a room booked for July weeks ago and these guys have cancelled my booking out of no where at the end of May …. they have not personally contacted me to apologies or at least give me a reason why they did so ….. I would not recommend booking with this hotel if you want certainty of having somewhere to stay for your holiday/trip. Also I want to thank you for not replying to several of my messages when I reached out to you …. Shocking customer service!

So we enjoy our stay at the hotel the first two days but after using the pool and the hot tub we got rush all over our body and my daughter got big rush on her feet as well as my nephew, so family vocation and up multiple time to the pharmacy, and also front desk told me that company check the pool every 3 to 6 mounts, that is not acceptable.

The hotel is recently renovated and is located 1 km away from Krusevo town. The employees are very helpful and kind. Rooms specious and clean with decoration suitable for the area as well as modern. Different categories of rooms exist and all of them have a great view to Krusevo town. All rooms have balconies. Generally is a great hotel, worth to visit it.

We finished our one day walking tour in this hotel, trying to rest after the whole day, sipping tea and vine with some appetisers. The boiled vine was sour and the beautiful chocolate lava cake was undercooked looking like a chocolate soup. So disappointed. I didn't even make a picture and trying to forget the delicacy.
