I recently stayed at the Cetina Hotel Murcia and for a 2-days visit of Murcia it has the perfect location. Also, breakfast buffet presents a huge variety with top quality products. Rooms, especially bed and pillows are very comfy! Enjoy your stay at Cetina Hotel!

Stayed for four nights with an EasyJet holiday package. Great location. Cafes, restaurants and little supermarkets very close. Room was basic, but very well maintained. After all, you only sleep in it. All staff are very friendly and approachable. I definitely would stay there again if I were to visit Murcia again. 20 minutes to and from the airport in a taxi 29 euro each way.

I chose this hotel for one night stay because the price is attractive to me.If the same hotel in Shanghai,the price will be at least EURO200.The breakfast is so plenty.There are two coffee machines with many kinds of coffee capsules.It took me 15minutes waking to the city centre & also main shopping mall.It's really a good hotel.I'll stay this hotel again while I visit Murcia again.

Ho soggiornato in questo Hotel per più di una settimana. Il miglior rapporto prezzo qualità a Murcia. Posizione comoda e tranquillo. Buona qualità del sonno grazie a materassi buoni e insonorizzazione delle camere molto buona. Migliorabile il servizio bagno. non c'è l'asciugacapelli e manca la tovaglia viso. Ottimo il servizio lavanderia automatica. Lo consiglio per chi deve soggiornare a Murcia e trascorre solo la notte in Hotel.

To say that this hotel was disappointing is an understatement. We arrived at around 10:45 pm on June 5th. When we arrived, we asked if there were any places open to eat. They informed us that their restaurant closed in 15 minutes, so they couldn’t help us. We asked if they could recommend someplace to which they responded that we could walk 20 minutes “that way” and maybe something would be open. No offer of calling a taxi, nothing. We were underwhelmed with the staff already, but when the elevator door opened, we were hit with a smell that I can only describe as dirty gym socks. Then we opened our room. The ever present odor remained, but we were greeted with a whole new set of issues. It was hot, and there was no way to regulate the air. There was a poorly patched hole on the wall inside the door with some brown substance smeared/dripped down the wall. The curtain was shredded as if a cat had been hanging from it. There were broken tiles in the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken (when you sat on it, it slid to the right). One tile was so loose next to the bathroom door that my husband almost lost his balance. Mirrors were dirty. There were lipstick prints on the windows. One of the most disturbing things was that when I picked up the hairdryer, it was sticky. So gross. So, the next morning, we got up to get breakfast only to find out there was no breakfast menu. Also, no lunch menu. So, we did have a tea and a croissant while we watched the kids at the daycare that functions outside of the hotel interact. That was the best part of the experience. During breakfast, we booked another hotel in town. We left for the day. We stopped by and checked into our new hotel which is lovely. We returned to Sercotel to retrieve our bags and check out. So, we paid for four nights in advance. We stayed one; that’s how bad this place is. Also, to add insult to insult, when we checked out, they tried to charge us $44. I told them that we paid in full in advance. The clerk suggested that maybe we had dinner!!!!! NOPE!!! In the end, they couldn’t explain the $44 charge and told us we didn’t have to pay it. Gee. Thanks for not charging us money that we didn’t owe you. Do yourself a favor. Never. Ever. Book. Here.

El hotel, con el marchamo de calidad de la marca, cumple las expectativas de cualquier viajero tanto de ocio como de negocio ofreciendo un alojamiento de máximo confort, desayuno de calidad (con tipo tipo de huevos al gusto recién hechos) y alimentos light. La oferta gastronómica no la probé en esta ocasión pero el servicio de bar si, muy profesional y atento. Dispone de aparcamiento to de pago si bien en la entrada se puede aparcar sin coste (plazas limitadas). Tuve un pequeño problema durante la estancia que fue solucionado por el personal técnico y en el que la Directora se ocupó personalmente en solucionar, muy amable y eficaz. Sin duda volveré en mi próxima visita a Murcia y lo recomiendo. Enhorabuena a la Directora por semejante equipo que dirige y a ella misma por su diligencia.

Your kitchen, family treatment, hotel, spa and swimming pool make this place my favorite hotel in Murcia ❤️ We chose a massage package and it was the best option, if you want to eat a good rice and spend a special weekend do not hesitate to go!! TCH is a hotel located in a industrial polygon in Lorquí, before reaching the village, about 15 minutes from Murcia capital. The hotel has a variety of things to emphasize: it offers free parking. The room is comfortable and spacious enough for a stay of several days (as was my case). The hotel is a very good hotel and is very good for the staff to be careful and serviceable. And although it's something smaller than the buffet of other hotels, it's certainly enough, because it has different bread options to make you varied toasts, with cheese, jam, inputs, butter etc, with juices, coffee, Fruit, cooking, etc. I would like you to have eggs broken (yes it has cooked eggs), which is the only thing I missed, because it is what I usually breakfast when I stay in hotels; but as it is, it is more than enough. The hotel restaurant has made me a grateful surprise, because with a cheap menu, they offer quality dishes, which you are grateful when you have to dine outside home. good service.
