The room is big and the location is good. There are two big shopping malls with many restaurants within 10-15 minutes' walk. The hotel front desk service is also very good..

The girl at the front desk is Filipino and very friendly. We were upgraded to a suite, which was really lucky. However, only half of the bathroom and toilet in the suite were closed, and the other half had no door, so water easily overflowed when taking a shower. Everything else is fine.

Very nice hotel. It is affordable in Muscat. The room is not bad, but the windows cannot be opened. The overall facilities are still very good. The breakfast is a bit rough, and there are not many dishes that can be cooked for lunch and dinner, but it's okay. The service of the hotel is still in place. Overall, I can give a 4-star praise.
