Not a relaxing or clean place at all. The pictures are deceiving. Yes it’s been renovated at some point. But it needs many upgrades and updating. For example there are easily 100 people at the pool at a time, mostly kids. NO BATHROOM. If you or any of the kids need to use the restroom they have to go up to their rooms. 21 stories tall. No way are these kids and adults going up to their rooms to use the restroom. Don’t go here to relax. There is no relaxing unless you get up and go out to the beach or pool before 9am. After that, it’s chaos and packed. The lazy river is anything but. Kids take it over, no relaxing at all. No staff no lobby other than across the street. It’s a free for all. Will not be back

Our stay was overall a good stay. The staff were great, the only thing we did not like was that they did not have a shower curtain in the bathroom and the room was outdated.

The location was very convenient, very close to the family kingdom. The room had awesome space and a nice view from the 18th floor. The only issue I had was when we arrived after 6pm our room was not ready, I did not expect that to happen.
