The hotel was neat and clean, but initially we have got a room that doesn't have proper fan. The maintenance of hotel is poor apart from clean. Overall experience was good. Staff were good and responsive for any requirement.

3. Hotel nilgiris stay was comfortable with little problems for hot water, bedlinen/blanket wasn't so clean. So 7/10.

The room is in worse condition, how the room is in its photo it’s totally different from that no cleaning there were so many power cut and they don’t have generators facilities at all the experience is so bad. No that’s it
