The premium room was good and roomy. We had booked luxury room, basic room they have, but after taking a look at that, it was barely enough for a comfortable stay, it's a 10x10 room, which is extremely small from any standard rooms of other hotels. They took an extra 500 bucks to upgrade, all without meals. I believe the luxury room is just to show and upgrade it to the most costlier room. Room was overall good but the service, especially the restaurant service is pathetic! i definitely do not recommend relying on your food at this place. We went to the restaurant at around 2:15ish waited for about 45 minutes for the menu and table cleaning after reminding multiple times and we could not get anybody coming to give the menu or clean the table even. We left at 3 highly disappointed and hungry and had to rely on online food delivery. Horrible experience here. Coming to car parking, we drove via our own car and they made all the car park in front of the hotel, which barely is a 20 ft road. The cars not only got stuck but the security pushed to drive the car out, which led to unwanted scratches in the car. I'd definitely not recommend visiting this if you are traveling via your own vehicle.
