This is the 2nd time i have stayed in this hotel, it's very convenient for being in close proximity to the railway station and all famous attractions. I got an attached family room option as we were 4 people, i found it to be very convenient.

The rooms are very good. The staffs are very rude. When asked to clean the room they you are continuing for 1 more day and will after check out only

Hotel scores in it’s location and quality of construction. It’s family friendly also. But its service and facilities leave much to be desired. They refuse to provide hand towels, won’t provide extra tea bags and toiletries are basic in nature. But the major shortcoming is that they don’t have a kitchen and breakfast included in the package is procured from outside and just laid on the tables. They don’t have a proper dining room and that compounds the problem. There is no facility for parking and one has to park the car in the open.

Staff are very rude there were only three rooms full, we had reuested for extra time on check out. They declined. Food is not available at all. Room service is not done every day inspite of requesting the concerned authorities
