Naga Hotels with Gym

Nice gym and nice pool. Service of the staff was pretty good and cordial. However, we did not have a hot water after the brownout. We were told to wait for 30 mins. to an hour after the electricity came back. We waited 2 hours with no hot water. The shower bath tub is not safe at all. It was too high and dangerous. There’s no anti-slip and that makes it even dangerous. Another is, there’s no electrical outlet on the left side of the bed that makes it hard to charge the phone. Also, I requested a box of tissue paper and I received 2 toilet papers. I was informed they don’t provide tissue paper. Of all the hotels we stayed this is the most expensive, but can’t provide tissue paper. We’ll try UMA next time.

A Beautiful Hotel to stay in, I love the ambiance and the interior design of the hotel. I love the charm of this hotel. It was even better than expected. A 3-star property, but it feels like you are in a 5-star hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable for the price, and the room was spacious and clean. The whole staff was very accommodating and friendly. RJs Buffet breakfast is excellent, and we had our lunch there too! It was delicious, offering international cuisine. Our dinner was at Rolando’s Café, offering savory Chinese cuisine. Their facilities were excellent, and I was surprised they have a lap pool which I always look forward to in a hotel. We wanted to try their spa massage treatment, but they were fully booked in the morning, so I tried the sauna instead. Luckily, we had the massage treatment at night. We also got to experience the Bistro Roberto with great bands and good food. They handled the check-in and check-out processes professionally and quickly. We highly recommend it. I will stay there when I come back! The best stay ever!
