The hotel is quite dated but the interiors are kept very clean and the location is ideal, near ferry terminal and shopping mall.

the hotel room i stay in smell . I don't know why, it could be the air-conditioning ! the aircon is not cool enough, and the toilet tower is misplace on bathtub. I would say this is generally a clean hotel after all.

This hotel staff need to be trained more, asked for more bath gel, they came with shampoo instead. Asked for additional towel, was told by the staff that they are not allowed to give out an extra towel, it has to be on one to one exchange. So bring your own extra towel guys!! Had room service the night before i left and woke up with a terrible diarrhea and it was the day i was checking out. Asked for an extension of check out time for an hour due to the diarrhea and vomiting but was rejected till my husband went to the Reception to reason out with them. Consulted with my doctor and he confirmed that i am having severe food poisoning so do be careful if you ever want to order Room Service!!!
