A Very well located hotel and great value for money. A stone's throw away from the commercial district of Sakae, Mirai Tower, Department stores, coffee shops, convenience stores. Very clean. Compact toilet and room, but to be expected. Service at the front desk was good. They were courteous and helpful in storing our luggage as we arrived very early in the morning. Highly recommend for a short weekend stay in Nagoya. No hotspring facilities.

The location of the Nishi Tetsu Cruum Hotel is fantastic, right next to the Sakae Station on the subway! (Just a 1-minute walk) The rooms are clean and comfortable, and there's even free Wi-Fi! The hotel also has a large public bath, which is great for soaking and relieving travel fatigue. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options, so you'll leave feeling very satisfied! The staff is also very friendly. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Nagoya!

Very good, very satisfied. It is only one subway stop away from Nagoya Station (only three bus stops in front of the door). Very new, clean, and exactly the same style as his hotel chain in Tokyo. This store also has a public hot spring bath with excellent facilities. The bus I took arrived in Nagoya at 11 o'clock. I informed the front desk 5 hours in advance. I arrived at the hotel at 11:30 and checked in smoothly. The service attitude of the front desk guy was very good and I highly recommend it.

Room is small and not clean for such a new hotel, the bed is tooooooo soft, can’t slp at night. Cleaners speak so loud in the morning outside on the corridor. Overall, I will not ever choose this brand anymore.

I wanted to celebrate my 2nd anniversary with her this time and found a place to stay at a hotel on the theme of ”non-daily experience in the neighborhood”. The plan is an anniversary plan. It was easy to access from Nagoya Tsurufushimi Station, and the anniversary gift was easy to leave the day before. As soon as the hotel entered, there was a nice space on the left and right sides and the eyes were fins. The premium king room I booked was a nice space with calculation and it was a perfect place for an anniversary! I was able to spend a smiley dinner all the time. The hotel staff was also kind, and we were able to respond politely by email and telephone to questions and meetings about the anniversary surprise. Especially the dinner hall was great. Thanks to you, I was able to spend smoothly until check-in 〜 out on the day! Best bed for healing music and delicious food in a nice space. I was able to meet the visual hearing, the taste, the touch and the five senses of the person! I would like to stay with her again and come to lunch and dinner with my friend. Finally Overall was great, but there are three points that I was worried about (dare to be dry). 1. Decoration options The room decoration on the anniversary was only done by each. I felt very helpful with decoration options and services like other hotels.2. Flower Gift The bouquet I asked was nice as requested, but when I handed it over, I was 々. Also, when I handed it, I was handed over a bouquet of flowers in a bag, and it was a little disappointing that I lacked the mood. Good location, close to railway station and bus terminal. But it was a little bit difficult to find the gate go in. Good service, nice n passionate. I love the room so much! It was clean n cozy with stunning city view! N lovely bathtub ❤️

I love the location right at the center of the bustling city of Nagoya. You can grab anything from last minute shopping to food and even a small supermarket at the 1st floor lobby. Connected to JR station and gate towermall below is Takashiimaya. I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit with my family.breakfast was really good. Lots of variety to choose from.

Location is a about 5-7 minutes walk from Nagoya station with nearby restaurants and convenience stores. Staff is so inconsistent - one second they’re polite and the next they’re rude and inconsiderate. I was charged 2000 upon checkout for “extra fee” but wasn’t even told what it was for. Was in a rush to catch my flight so whatever I just paid - but just be careful when staying at low budget inns like this. Laundromat in the hotel only accepts 100yen coins but they don’t even have a coin changing machine so you have to go out and buy something to get enough coins. Wont stay here again.

Basic hotel but clean and well maintained. size of room is generous for Japan standard. about 10 mins walk from Nagoya station. There are fewer restaurants than the East side of the station so it's quieter in the streets. I will stay here again.
