Hotel provided pick up facility but while chèck in, i informed for drop facility next day morning at 6 am at airport.. In all, i didn't received drop even though driver and reception staff was aware of it. Also, i come to know that the hotel is providing only one way facility. Plz be alert, book your own transport.

Positives: Big rooms with balcony & TV. The food was very good except for one instance listed below. Budget friendly. The staff was courteous. Cons: Once they served rosgulla which was spoiled. We brought to the notice of the staff they apologised & replaced it with another dessert. No elevator.

Good location, lovely staff and manager amit but the rooms are pathetic. They need to renovate the property for guests to be comfortable. Any long distance road travellers can stay here and hotel has good potential for business capture if rooms are renovated. I liked the behaviour of team members and all are helpful.
