Worst hotel to stay in. Room isn't comfortable, bathroom keeps leaking and the staff is very rude. They kept us waiting in reception for minutes to confirm our booking even though showing our details. When asked for extra towel they simply denied saying not available.

There are no windows to the room and no exhaust fan in the bathroom. No hot water, bedsheet is not cleaned.

The hotel could've been more clean. The reception staff and working staff can be more courteous and professional. The location is very nice closer to the city centre. The stay was good however cleanliness and the condition of rooms need improvements.

They say that it's a 3 star hotel but the room was too small for a 3 star. The washroom was not ventilated. The staff was not very helpful during breakfast.

Only the good about the hotel is the location. I am very much confused to the makemy trip's decision to put this type of third class hotel is 3* rating. Rooms were roo much small, no cleanliness, bed linen were too much dirty might not changed for month's. My requested to make my trip to remove such type of hotels from 3* rating.
