Glee Hotel

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and cannot recommend it.Even if it was a soft opening, the operation is terrible. First, I checked in and went to my room, but the light wouldn't turn on even after inserting the card key. The porter said he would exchange the card key and return immediately, but he didn't come even after waiting 30 minutes. I called the reception and they finally brought it. I tried to take a bath at night, but there was no hot water. I called and waited, but there was no response. I had to go to the reception and say it again. Finally, a staff member came and said that someone had switched off the pump. After the bath, I called to ask for extra water and ice, but they never brought it again. I called twice and they finally brought it. What's worse, they brought a slip saying that a bottled water cost 700 shillings. I've stayed in many luxury hotels, but this was the first time I was charged for extra water, so I was very surprised. During my two-week stay in Nairobi, I stayed in eight hotels, but none of the other hotels charged for water. Security measures are also insufficient. They only check the visitors at the entrance, and anyone can come to the front of the room. In fact, persons in casual clothes who were clearly not a hotel employee knocked on the door twice. It was scary. In the other 7 hotels I stayed at this time, guests always needed a card key to get to the room. In addition, some hotels had security staff on each floor. This hotel should put more effort into security measures. One good thing was the service of the staff at the breakfast restaurant. I came to this hotel because I was attracted by the photos on the internet, but it was really the worst two days.

The hotel was really luxurious and The staff are great, so friendly and the hotel is very clean they have an amazing bar also restaurants and a Beautiful quiet cleaning rooms , I recommend it for anyone visiting Nairobi we had a pretty time as a couples in this place

I would have recommend everyone to go to glee Nairobi especially at Glow it really amazed me more especially their well cooked meal and drinks. I only got disappointed at Ruby where this Hostess called Fridah was following me up and down asking for money and even drink from us my wife, I and our friends we are really disappointed kindly work on that please Thank you for having us Glee.

The Glee Nairobi is the place to be I visited the Hide steak house and the services was really good, the food was so well done I went to the Ruby club for Wine later ,the Warm welcome by Fridah the hostess ,to the Ambience of the club,their dance floor 🫡🫡 I got served by Gabriel and enjoyed his service, I will definitely be coming back to Ruby especially. Not forgetting Joseph too.... amazing

This was a treat by my wife. I was treated so well from arrival, during and after our departure. The security folks got me a gift bag since mine broke while I was entering the building. At the Hide Restaurant, I had a Sirloin steak which was made to perfection. Our waitress, Beatrice, made our dining a great experience. The bonus was when I got a suprise song as the Glee staff brought me a cake and belted a great birthday tune. I went around to see the other parts of the hotel, breathtaking scenery. I plan to go there soon for their weekend brunches!

It was my first time at the Ruby club and I loved loved it. I recommend the club to my solo babes.💯💯 Grateful to Dickson for his mixology skills and Joseph for his exemplary services. I now have a hangout spot where I can have a drink and dance. Highly highly recommend 🥂🥂💕💕

Best place and good music played...fine tuning of the speakers and sound levels were well balance all through the time, good and mature crowd to hang around with,the small niceties of ground nuts while taking drinks means alot..Good service from Alfred
