Great hotel with fantastic ambience. Perfect for business discussions and family holiday. The staff was extremely helpful, and the crowd was the best sort too. Will definitely book again for business and family stays.

The Palacina is gorgeous, and the rooms are incredibly comfortable. Everything we ate was delicious and the complimentary breakfast has anything you could want. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even arranging for us to get driven to an ATM last minute. The outdoor pool was under construction when we went (early Nov 2024) but the indoor one was massive, heated, and there was a sauna. They even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of prosecco when we arrived for our honeymoon. We felt so well taken care of and immensely enjoyed our stay. I can't recommend the Palacina enough even if you're just passing through Nairobi for the night.

I would usually visit anyplace with an open mind. My only expectation, is a place with a balcony. However, I experienced more than this. The staff were extremely professional & accommodating. In addition. The bed comfortable level was another surprise. Overall the location, staff & landscape was worth the stay. Truly above average.

Very professional staff: from security, reception and transfer to the room. Calls were picked in a timely way and questions responded to exhaustively! The apartment was spacious, clean and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay!

Fantastic place to stay. The staff are all polite, knowledgeable, helpful, and welcoming. The accommodation was sparkling clean, beautifully laid out, and decorated, with lots of ample space. We particularly liked the residence decor and the very comfortable beds with all round mosquito nets. The Bistro serves delicious hot meals, with a wide selection of dishes, and there are loads of other restaurants to choose from in the neighbourhood. We arrived here after a stay out in the countryside and were delighted that we had access to a fully kitted kitchen and washing facilities where we could wash and dry our clothes. An iron box, and iron board were also provided in the room, which were very useful. Other facilities we really liked, but did not get time to use were, the heated indoor swimming pool, outdoor pool, and gymnasium. Connection to town centre was about 15 to 20 minutes by Uber. We liked it so much that we decided we will be returning for our next visit in about eighteen months.

Such a cozy and nice hotel! The staff are all so friendly and made everything for us to feel like we where at home. Very delicious food at the restaurant in a calm atmosphere. Also to be able to take a swim in the indoor pool after a long flight is simply luxury for me.

The best Beef with mustard I have ever had. Although you are in the center of Kenya’s capital, while in the Palacina hotel you will feel like you are in the middle of a fabulous garden, with the bird sounds and running water. The room was extremely big and very very comfortable. Thank you to all the amazing staff!
