It is located in the old city center, and of course its environment can be said to be messy, with the hustle and bustle of construction sites. But in this cluttered environment, it looks pretty good, even like a moderate landmark. Many Chinese people come to live here.

Two security guards are left on duty 24 hours a day. The accommodation is very welcoming and safe. The staff are friendly and speak good English.

Really good budget accomodation but as we learnt, was the savings really worth it. For the most part the room was comfortable except that it no fridge. That basin was leaking so every time we used it, we had to put a towel on the floor. Fixtures falling off the wall. Although there is WiFi available and signal strength seems fine, connectivity was atrocious. Neither our mobile devices or laptop could not connect. Neither would the TV connect so not even the streaming services worked. If you are needing to work from here, make sure you have alternative connectivity options. The suite had 2 cups and saucers, and a kettle. No microwave or fridge. The surrounding area is noisy, but that is expected being slap bang in the city centre. Breakfast was good and the staff service was friendly. As a budget option it is good accomodation, but if you need additional services like internet and refrigerator, consider alternatives

I had a fantastic stay at Hemak Suites hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the check-in process seamless. My room was clean , spacious, and well equipped with all the necessary amenities. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again on my next trip

Hemak Suites offers one of the most relaxing, serene and enjoyable environments for any one looking for a good hotel in town. The food is remarkable. The customer care is top notch and the rooms are fantastic and exceptional indeed. Worth every coin.

Hemak is a good place and I was truly impressed by the level of service provided by the staff. From the moment I checked in, receptionist made me feel more comfortable with their warm and professional welcome. The rooms are perfectly clean, housekeepers are doing a very commendable job . Waitress in the restaurant are awesome and they made my dining experience more enjoyable. Food was delicious,chef and his team deserves special recognition . Presentation of food was wonderful . I highly recommend Hemak Suites Hotel for it's exceptional staff and hospitality . I look forward to come back soon with a group.👌

I loved my stay at hemak suites, the place is glorious and peaceful. The rooms are high tech, beds very comfortable, receptionists treat people with gentle hearts. House keepers understand their work and about food I truly enjoyed it and how the waitresses served me not forgetting the chefs they're good cooks. And from the restaurant you can view the beauty of the city of Nairobi. On my next trip I will invite my friends to come along with me. Thank you 🙏 for your great services.

The property was in a tricky to get to area, the power goes out often while I stayed there. The surrounding area is only for the brave. But even after all that I would stay there cause the staff is great, the room is clean, and the dinning is fantastic. If you don’t mind a little noise, maybe a little reading when the power goes and a real experience of Kenya, this is the place to start with.
