Five stars for Pullman Nanjing Lukou Airport Hotel! My entire stay was fantastic, and I want to especially thank Jolie at the front desk. Her service was warm and appropriate, and she was patient and friendly in her communication, never feeling perfunctory. She efficiently handled my check-in and meticulously explained the operating hours for facilities like the pool and restaurant. The hotel's decor is elegant and grand, and the guest rooms are clean and tidy with soft and comfortable bedding. I also had time to use the gym, and the equipment was very well-maintained. The breakfast offered a rich variety of dishes, and the dining environment was comfortable. The hotel is located right next to the airport, which is very convenient for transfers. From the hardware facilities to the staff service, everything was well-executed, and you can see the hotel's thoughtfulness in the details. It's a great choice whether you're transiting, on a business trip, or having a short stay. I will definitely book here again on my next visit to Nanjing.
