The hotel is opposite the Nantes train station. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It is very convenient for shopping and eating. Tourist attractions can be reached on foot. You can also take the tram. The hotel staff is very friendly.

Un hôtel agréable et tranquille dans lequel je descends depuis plusieurs années lors de mes séjours professionnels à Nantes. Proche de la gare mais calme, et proche du centre et aussi d'un beau jardin public. Personnel discret mais efficace et gentil.

A la réception, un de vos employés est très rigide et n'essaie pas de comprendre (pas du tout une approche client). Mon épouse est venue une journée. II a voulu qu'elle paie tout de suite la taxe et le petit déjeuner, en lui demandant avec insistance sa carte d'identité. Conséquence, le soir lorsque je lui demande ma facture, il ne peut pas retirer de ma facture pour le travail, la partie privée : conséquence, je ne pourrai pas me faire rembourser mes frais professionnels. D'autre part, il verrouille l'entrée, même à 17h00, et par 3 fois il a fallu attendre dehors 5 à 10 minutes: vraiment pas sympathique pour un client. Le reste de votre personnel est sympathique.

3 étoiles pour cet hôtel, c'est une blague ! Hôtel proche de la gare certes, mais à l'aspect miteux, vieux, au sol douteux, odeur d'égouts dans la salle de bain toute petite, tout sauf pratique. De plus il faut réserver une place de parking à 10 euros la nuit mais une fois là-bas il n'y a personne pour gérer cela. Et le réceptionniste s'en fiche ! Impossible de payer à minuit 5, c'est clôturé, il faut revenir 15 minutes plus tard et "demain matin c'est une stagiaire, elle ne sait pas encaisser". Etagère sale, rien de fonctionnel dans la chambre. Bref, je ne recommande pas, sauf si vous voulez du glauque !
