Elegantly furnished rooms, most of them with balcony and view over the gulf. I stayed at this hotel for four days, explaining the strength and asking for praise. 1. Strongly recommend a friend who is driving by car. If you are simply a friend who stays in a sea view room, please think twice. The reason is stated later. 2. Not a self-driving friend, please look here. The hotel is located on the mountainside. From the map, it is located near the station Mergellina. After the train station comes out, it is about 500 meters to the sea. There is a slope train to take a ride to the s.antonio station (should call this name, check it yourself) Next), if I don't understand this, please open your google map, you can't get it. After arriving at the station, you need to take a mountain road to get to the hotel. 3. However, I personally went up and down the mountain for two days. Why, because I was in Easter during this time in Naples, the slope station was closed! Fall! Now! That's right, shut it up! So in this case, in addition to walking, it is played. The starting fee is 3.5 Euros, and the thief is fast, and the friends who are not bad money should be directly taxi. 4. Staying at this hotel, if you still can't decide on the sea view room, I really don't understand it. As the hotel is halfway up the mountain, there is no choice of entertainment activities. If you want to find a convenience store, you can only find the van. There is a year-round business on the viewing platform, which is very expensive. 5. The hotel front desk is quite professional and has a good service attitude. Write so much for the time being, and think about what to add later. In short, it is still 9.5 points overall, but if it is not for the sea, if it is not self-driving, it is not recommended to stay at this hotel.

The hotel is generally average and relatively old. We booked a room with a harbor view. The area is small and the luggage is not easy to store. It does not match the picture. The restaurant on the top floor has mediocre products, but the scenery is very good.
The strange thing is that when we dined in the hotel restaurant, the meal fee was charged to the room account. The hotel used our credit card to pre-authorize the meal fee of 116 euros in the middle of the night. Later, I asked Ctrip, and Ctrip said that the hotel was worried that our credit card limit was not enough when we checked in. Really Speechless, staying in a room worth hundreds of euros for one night, the hotel is actually worried that we can't afford the meal fee of 116 euros.
If you just go to the ancient city of Pompeii, you can call a taxi back and forth at the entrance of the hotel, and wait in Pompeii for two hours at a cost of 100 Euros. It is best to ask a tour guide at the door to visit the ancient city of Pompeii. The tour guide here is very professional, and the explanation is detailed and serious. It costs 150 euros once, which is very worthwhile.

We had a 4-night stay at the Grand Hotel Parker’s at the end of our 14-day Italy trip and it turned out to be one of our favorite hotels of the trip. I booked 2 rooms through Hyatt as a Hyatt Globalist and although globalist benefits are not included at Small Luxury Hotels, we were upgraded to a corner suite which may be one of the best rooms in the hotel as it has a private terrace (in addition to the small balcony). The second room was adjoining so it was like having a large 2-bedroom apartment for our stay. I know some negative reviews complained about rooms being old but both of these rooms were newly remodeled and were elegant and spacious. The staff here is amazing starting at check in with Martina who was just lovely and showed us to our room after checking us in. All of the 6th floor lounge and terrace restaurant employees are wonderful and go out of their way to make sure your meals and drinks are satisfactory. Antonio explained their James Bond themed cocktails and always took great care of us. We did not eat at the Michelin star restaurant on site but enjoyed both breakfast and dinner on the 6th floor terrace and the views cannot be beat. It is true that you are not on the center of Naples but the service here and the views make up for that and it is a short taxi to the city center. Finally, we had the opportunity to meet Giovanni, the owner and Chief Experience Officer our first morning. I sometimes have general managers introduce themselves particularly at Hyatt branded properties, but Giovanni went further by checking on us the next day and when he saw us at dinner he sent over complimentary meatballs and drinks. Overall, a great way to end our trip.

Very nice hotel located along the water. Balconies face the waterfront with a couple chairs and a table on each balcony. Large, well-appointed rooms. Huge breakfast buffet with waitstaff available to get specialty coffee drinks made to order. Large hotel that often has conferences, so reception area can be very busy. Reception staff not very friendly, but breakfast staff were very helpful. Easy walk to restaurants.

The hotel is located on the seaside. It is a good and safe area, and it is close to the main attractions. It takes about 15 minutes to walk. In addition, the room is very clean and well decorated. It is not very big but very exquisite. The breakfast is average, but you can eat enough. The front desk service is also good.

It just doesn't get much more luxurious than the Executive Suite with sea view room we had for 4 nights in Naples. The hotel is located directly next to the sea and with a perfect view of the bay as well as Mt. Vesuvius from many of the rooms (including ours). The location is great for being next to the sea and for the views. It's about a 10 minute walk to the main square and many of the attractions nearby there, which then gives easy access to a Metro station which can take you in 2 stops to the Centro Storico where, likely, everything else you want to see is available to you. (Plus there's a cab stop a minute from the hotel so if you want a ride somewhere it'll be there pronto.) The breakfast was fantastic...lots to choose from including gluten-free items if you want them, plus a section devoted to regional items so you can eat some of the local pastries while dining on the 7th floor breakfast terrace which provides equally amazing views of the sea and Mt. Vesuvius. We sprung for a pretty nice room and it was huge, luxurious, well appointed and had my wife remark ”are we royalty?” It really was spacious and a fantastic place to be with a very large living space separate from a large bedroom. The staff was great too, especially Fabrizzio who became our best friend in Naples. He's such a sweet guy and made us feel at home and comfortable in a place where it could be easy to feel like just another tourist. We loved it here and if we get back to Naples, we would definitely stay here again.

I loved my stay here. Their biggest strength is by far their staff. I have read here that some people found them rude and obnoxious. That was NOT my experience at all. For me, they were helpful, kind and a good laugh. For a woman travelling on her own, that is honestly such as blessing. The social spaces were lovely, vibrant and welcoming. There were always people there, but until midnight or so, never over crowded or felt like your were suffocating. Past that point, it was party time! They also had a roof terrace, which was a nice touch. I loved the key app, which gave you access to the entire building and room via your phone. It was super efficient and safe. You also didn’t need to worry about carrying around a key with you (or losing it!) The place was always clean - and I had no complaints about the showers. Never had to queue. Granted there was no hot water on 2/3 days but it was 35 degrees outside so didn’t mind too much. One thing that I would change is the beds. They were too small (I, at 5ft 7in/172cm was too tall) and they would creek and shake throughout the night. Overall though, would go back.

The location is excellent, very close to the attractions, and it is also the meeting point or pick-up point for many day trips. Other people's comments said that the elevator was not working well before, so I hesitated when booking the hotel, but after checking in, I found that the elevator was working well. Reasonable price

Very central hotel. Walked to castle, harbour, Spanish quarters, piazzas, churches etc. Very comfy room, large bed, soft pillows and bathroom with bath and shower. Room 104. Some street noise can be heard. Breakfast is well stocked, hot drinks are served whilst you help your self to buffet continental Italian style but with scrambled eggs and bacon, toaster for bread. Its good...basic but plenty. Hotel is clean. Do not open windows you will be eaten by mosquitoes. Round about outside the hotel it's totally filthy. Never seen so much filth in a city. Like bin men on strike! Roads, pavements Very dirty. Shame..spoils the city reputation. I lived in Italy and travelled to Naples in the past and it was never as bad. Very busy area round hotel but great supermarket just next door for drinks n snacks.. picnics etc.hotel couldn't been more helpful...lovely staff.

Fantastic hotel, lovely breakfast and very kind staff. Pros: eco & power-saving, air con in rooms, beds extremely comfortable, delicious breakfast with plenty of choice, rooms always clean and tidy, reasonable location not too far from centre Cons: very poor tap design, bathroom a little tired and could do with an upgrade, room wasn’t quite ready on time, would prefer breakfast to be a buffet & just help yourself, a smart TV would be beneficial for tourists to access Netflix etc. couldn’t find the wellness centre The cons however didn’t impact our stay enough to mark it down at all. 5 out of 5

Outstanding
RRip RipWe booked feeling a little nervous as we read the various reviews but also hesitated with little experience of a B&B Guest house.
There seemed very few choices in Naples ( Chiaia district) a prime , safer area ; to have a suite with some kitchenette and a very reasonable price.
We were warmly welcomed to our studio suite, spacious , well organised with a lot of thought in the location of design of fixtures and furniture; seating to take breakfast, working desk and or relax on the sofa.
Brightly lit room with big “can open” sound proof windows or option to use the air conditioning system . Views of the nearby residential apar**ents actually helped us feel at home ( even though we were not able to enjoy the Naples sea view)
Bed, mattress , linen and pillows were fine ( for those who require more specific finer finishes should not go to a Guest house)
Bathroom was practical and had all that one needed, with hand held shower and rain shower installed.
Kitchenette had electric stove , coffee maker, kettle , Fridge and utensils. Again sufficient for a 4 night stay.
Any longer an oven or toaster would have been nice to heat up bread.
The highlight worth mentioning, as most reviews have , is Massimo who helped us with recommendations, guided us with a local map, booked day tour to Pompeii, our taxi and so much more..
Honestly, for those of us who have been lucky to stay in 5 star hotels will know that you don’t always get this type of discreet professional reliable hospitality that Massimo has shown us.
If you don’t mind staying at a guest house which may sound daunting , or that the entrance of the building may be slightly off the side street but having read this review will reassure you that the 24 hours security guards and the gated premises made it feel like a home away from home.
Thank you Massimo
and team for keeping our room super clean , daily when we really didn’t expect the service. Likewise appreciated the small touches of receiving disposable raincoats in case of heavy rain on our tour.
GGuest UserThe hotel is a very comfortable and quiet location, with a view to the historical centre's tumult. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and the hotel is very comfortable. The rooms are very good and the rooms are very good and the rooms are very good. It may be appropriate to inform new entrants of the arrangements for access before arrival, as it does on request. Attention, these rooms are not beds and breakfasts as breakfast is not offered, which is very bad, especially as the beautiful terrace on the roof would be well suited. We had not taken care of this particularity by booking. There is no kitchen or refrigerator available, so it is not possible to take your meals there. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable, and it is very good to stay in the hotel.
I stayed with my family, the BB is comfortable, clean and quiet. Excellent location near the station, the metro and the centre. Friendly staff available for every request. Structure recently renovated, everything new. Highly recommended………
It is a very beautiful and comfortable suite, in the centre of Naples, on a condominium with a portrait on Toledo, there is no breakfast but patience goes down and there is everything to eat. He welcomed me a gentle boy and a lady who was cleaning in these five rooms.
GGuest UserThe bar to have drinks in the evening is filthy, dirty table linens that are not linens, had marks that has been used and spilt drinks or food. The chairs and table feels and looks dirty, we took our drinks in our room instead. The breakfast has no cooked food just hard boiled eggs, bread are hard, people have to queue to wait to be served by 1 waiter, you cannot take from the table, waiter has to serve even coffee. It’s scary around the hotel, police are always there, dodgy shops around. Stay nearby or at hotels around Ovo Castle. It’s too dirty aroung Gibraldi station where this hotel is located.
GGuest UserI had a short overnight stay so the location is ideal about 400m walking from the main train station. Although a good location it is not a good area at night, a lot of homeless people but there are also some nice restaurants on Garabaldi Square and good coffee shops nearby for pastries and coffee for breakfast. The Hotel reception is on the 2nd floor of the building, big staircase and as others say no lift. Not good for older people or if you have big luggage to carry. The Checkin was fine, the man explained the basics and took me to my room. The cleanliness was perfect, so clean, plenty of fresh white towels, and bathroom was spotless, no problem there. He also gave me the remote control for the air conditioning and that also worked really great so you could sleep well. Bed was fine, seemed clean also, as someone said Quirky decoration. And surprisingly quiet. So if you aren’t after a fancy hotel room it’s fine. Only Basic liquid soap amenity supplied. The Front door is locked at 8 pm, and the hotel rooms access, they give you a keys to access, so it seems quite safe, closing early in that area is probably a good thing . Easy to walk to the Old Town and all the sights.
