GGuest User找這個酒店花了點時間，因為真正入口是在3樓，大家看到第1幅圖門牌62就是進酒店的地方，第2幅圖那個小小的電梯是可以拖行李上去的，人走樓梯上去。前台小姐姐説這個酒店有700多年的歷史，是受保護的，所以不能做修改。酒店裡的設施不錯，早飯品種豐富，可坐花園裡吃早飯。房間設施也不錯，非常安靜。除了進門外的環境不太理想外，酒店還是值得推薦的。

JJINGMEIThe location of the hotel is not far from the subway station, but it is not at the door, within walking distance. The environment in the hotel is very good, and the waiters are also very dedicated and friendly.
There are few choices for breakfast, but the taste is okay.
There are several bars at the door, you can hear a little sound before going to bed, but it does not affect sleep.
The sauna room is not the same as the domestic ones, it is electric heating, and it feels not very safe.
There is only one inconvenience, everyone should pay attention! !
The hotel is in an old complex. The elevator is only available from the second floor, so it is not very convenient for people with a lot of luggage. When I went there, I asked the waiter to help me move it up. They only helped me when I checked out. We moved to the elevator. So the four boxes on the last floor were moved by our two girls. If there is less luggage, this problem is not your problem. The other places are great.

GGuest UserIt was magnificent place for staying, the location of this hotel is exceptionally good with a cosy view on the Chiaia street where you feel the warm Italian vibe, many boutiques, shops and cafes. The owner was very friendly and caring, suggested a lot of nice places where to eat and what to visit, helped with all requests.
The room was clean and the bed was very convenient, you sleep like a baby there.
I would surely come again to this place when in Naples.

We were upgraded to their next door hotel.
Location is quite close (1 metro station to Garibaldi or Napoli Centrale) but the area is quite dirty and felt unsafe.
Hotel room was super clean and facilities were top notch and good value for money. We had breakfast included but we had to leave early morning so didn't take the breakfast.
The main complaint I had was: They kept us waiting telling us that room will be ready in 5 min but took more than 1 hour. Granted we arrived at 12 and we were ready to drop the bag in the storage but they kept on telling will be in 5-10 min. It took them like 75 min to get the room ready. When I confronted them, they were quite unapologetic about it and in fact they were telling that they are doing a favour...

Good hotel, good facilities.
Staff was unhelpful and area was dirty.

HHappy J.The hotel is located high above Naples. Although it is not near the old town in the center of the city, it is quiet. The view is beautiful. The bed in the room is very comfortable. The hotel is modern and the lights are all touch-screen. The breakfast is very rich and the view is first-class. It's just that every time I take a taxi, the taxi driver doesn't charge according to the meter, which is a bit unbearable.
