Horrible. L hotel passe si on ne chipote pas .le personnelles sympa le ptis dejeuner parfait parcontre les allentour sa pue la pisse très sales des poubelles partout des gens bisards au allentour de l hotel .les parents avec des ptites éviter vraiment d allez la bas

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. I don’t know how many stars it is but I would only think it would be 2 as our previous 3 star hotel rooms had more offerings. It is tired and the location is quite seedy for Naples, with some surrounding streets to avoid as they are derelict. The room has no internet, you have to go down to reception to use it. They have had complaints about it but have done nothing to resolve it. There is no fridge, no complementary water on arrival. There is no elevator so if you have heavy suitcases it is a struggle to get up the stairs. It is noisy at night with street cars and yelling although there are double glazed windows they do not help. There is a light that doesn’t turn off and flickers in the night. Concierge (if you would call him that) is useless and while the rooms look clean, our bathroom has mould, a toilet seat that doesn’t fit and broken towel rail. I can’t understand how this Hotel is included on Qantas and listed as one of their hotels. There are much better hotels out there, avoid this one.

Clean, large, air-conditioned rooms, comfy beds, friendly staff. Very close to the Central train station. Busy road outside that is noisy throughout the night, bin lorries come past at 11pm, difficult to fall asleep. Light switch didn’t work - had to balance the switch in the middle to turn the lights off.

Boa localização, fica ao lado da estação de trem, acesso ao centro fácil, tem bons restaurantes perto. Limpo, camas boas, banheiro bom... café da manhã delicioso. Atendimento excelente. Especialmente ao senhor que atende no café . Uma simpatia só.

Very friendly staff who helped when I had my phone stolen in Pompeii. They really went out of their way - kept my baggage on the day of leaving. The room was very nice and the bed was firm. Good central location. I highly recommend if you're only in town for a few days and on a budget.

Just correct 1- doubt about the price of the tourist tax, the most expensive by far since the start of our vacation paid straight away in cash 🤔 2-The TV did not work: we were told that it would be changed tomorrow then the same the next day then the same the next day!!! 3- comfort of the bed +++ the decor is pure vintage 90s
