The hotel is located near the Naples train station (Naples Centrale), excellent for staying one or a maximum of two nights. The structure itself is not old but not brand new either, certainly well kept and clean. The service offered is a bit low for a 3 star hotel.
for example, they do not provide disposable toothbrushes, shampoo and soap in the rooms, things which in my opinion are necessary, or even a simple bottle of water. The room is a little dark but really clean.

1) the electronic lock in my room was broken;
2) the mini bar did not work;
3) the air conditioner did not work;
4) there may not be an employee at the reception and you will have to wait for him to get the key to the room. 5) the hotel does not have a clothes steamer (as stated in the description).

I don't recommend staying here. The price is cheap, but it's old, smells bad, and the location is not safe. It is recommended not to stay near the train station at night, believe me.
