If I have to describe the experience in one word, it would be "TERRIBLE" The room indeed was big and clean. But that was the only good thing. The staff was rude and had no manners. Since it was raining, we asked the staff to place some chairs at the balcony and they outrightedly said no. The food tasted bad and the restaurant asked for payments in cash on spot. at night the room became so cold and the blanket provided was also dirty. Totally not worth staying. Over priced and overrated.

Probably the BEST hotel in Naran. Very hospitable staff, very clean luxurious rooms & 5* services. Staff was very welcoming and courteous, gave us the Family room given our children and supported us till the end, 24 hour hot water , Internet and backup power which is not available elsewhere. Would definitely recommend and will for sure be staying here always.

HORRIBLE service. Only positive is the chandelier and lobby. Staff with zero manner. “Elevator out of service” “Omelette chef” didn’t wake up until 8:30 (hours start at 8 Am) NO water. Yes, STOPPED in middle of my shower. Flies in room. Away from Bazar as well Staff is least motivated and desperately need training. Would not stay again.

I stayed here in this very hotel for 3 days. The ambience is amazing. Rooms are well built and designed. All neat and clean. Amazing enough, the food was incredible. A good family place to live. A little pricey but justified tbh.
