'Superfirstly', this La Quintas has the most amazing staff; above and beyond assistance, friendly, welcoming, kind and I mean EVERY staff member we encountered from desk to behind the scenes who we passed in the elevator, arriving at work, EVERYONE!!! deep appreciation to staff members, Diamond who literally 'concierged' us in, and was in charge of our floor and, Kumani who lent us an umbrella, Tracy who was so kind when he came to attend to the TV that was in fact working, the Check in staff on the afternoon of the 27th July who gave great advice and the staff member who brought us additional toiletries we required. (edit) one super comfortable pillow out of the 3 on each bed and a firm, comfortable mattress - perfect for us.
Firstly, it was practically, fantastically 10 minutes' walk into Downtown via the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge for sights over the Cumberland River of Downtown and the Nissan Stadium. It's been modernised compared to La Quintas elsewhere, but do not order the Onion Rings at the bar (horrid)! the 'dry rubbed wings' were great! Otherwise, the bar and seating/lounge area is welcoming, but I never tried the breakfast.
The car park was easily accessible and one of the best prices in the area. All in all, our experience at La Quintas in Nashville, Stadium contributed positively to our overall fantastic short stay and hopefully, building works (no noise) across the way will be complete when we stay again in the future.

The room that I booked was not what I received upon checking in. I had paid for 2 queen sized beds but gotten 1 queen and a sofa bed. Front desk informed me that they were out of 2 queen beds and sometimes third party apps uploads incorrect information. Service recovery was not the best. Credits were offers but that does not reflect the price differences between the two types of room. Not to mention that decision was made purely for the fact that I was promised 2 queen beds. Overall, hotel was okay, just not what I had in mind.

A wonderful hotel located just a few minutes from downtown and Broadway. Our room had a great view of the city, which I really enjoyed. It's a great option for those who like a little peace and relaxation in between wild extravaganzas on the main *****s. The shuttle driver was very friendly and the service made it easy and convenient to get to and from Broadway. If you're looking to venture out to other areas or at different times than the shuttle runs, you'll find it's also very easy to get an Uber and pretty affordable. It is also very easy to get to from Nashville Airport or to get on the highway to head to Memphis. The first morning we had breakfast downstairs, we were given a breakfast menu with four options including an omelet, breakfast sandwich, or waffles. I ordered an omelet, which came with home fries, for $13.99. The second morning was buffet style with grits, oats, scrambled eggs, meats, home fries, and some sort of spinach and egg white quiche. The buffet was $14.99 per person. While the food was decent and it did work for convenience while waiting for the rest of the group to get up and going, there's not much to rave about. I will mix it up and try other options next time. I didn't get a chance to try the other restaurant in the hotel, but maybe next time. Overall, it was a great stay I would choose again.

Booked this hotel based on reviews of it being new, and the fact it was convenient to Vanderbilt Medical Center. The staff was friendly and helpful and the online ability to check in and pick your room was nice. Our room was clean and comfortable. The walk in shower was excellent. The hotel was quiet. Even though there was construction across the street there was no noise and we enjoyed watching the crane ! The breakfast was not free but the buffet was $12 and food to order was tasty and in the $14 range. Parking was $30 but the room key allowed you to enter and exit as often as you like. Would definitely recommend.

The room was clean to the naked eye, we forgot our black light. We did discover that the dark curtains were there for decorating, not to cover the window, but we were on the fifth floor next to the street lamp, so no need for a night light, of any lights for that matter, very energy efficient. We were also closest to the interstate, so no need for soothing music to lull us to sleep, very thoughtful. Our initial thought was the toilet was frighteningly loud, but it was mindful to have fellow guests alerted to our courtesies of flushing, very demure. The height of the potty bowl facilitated the opportunity to get our squats in during our stay, no gym needed, otherwise I may have skipped leg day, very supportive.

Booking was translated incorrectly from travel agent to hotel, assigned us to a room with 2 Queen beds after purchasing (for an upcharge) a Standard King room. The hotel staff was able to accommodate, which was great. The room itself was relatively clean, however the refrigerator was not cleaned out and we had to dispose of the previous guest's leftovers. The pool was also closed for the season, which was a bummer for sure... even if we just wanted to hang out outside, the only seating options were 2 seats meant for smoking. I understand it would be difficult to prevent people from using the pool if it was closed, but an alternative outdoor seating option would've been nice.
Other then that, the location had convenient access to downtown Nashville and was proximal to some very cute hole-in-the wall bars and restaurants. Not an unpleasant stay, would still come back (for a 3rd time) if the pool was open. The rooms were equipped with both refrigerator and microwave and were more spacious that other chains I've stayed at. The price was amiable as well, given the lack of amenities.

We were traveling through Nashville on our way to Washington D.C.. At first I was a little concerned about the location but it turned out to be perfect. There is a wonderful Central American restaurant next to the property and it very convenient to get back on the highway. The room was clean, the front desk was extremely friendly and everything worked just fine. The breakfast was typical but got the job done

40Days 40 Nights on the road. This was the worst place and mistreatment. As the saying goes ( Treated worse than a Red Headed step child ). Called clerk for directions, know idea how to get there. Police Officer said foĺow him. Oh what a mistake that was. On arriving I handed the clerk my Driver's License and Credit Card. She promptly informed me of a 2 & 1/2 % charge for Cr. Cd. use. Plus if you lose your Key Card $5 ea. She gave me two. Hoping to reap the rewards. Got to room 500 feet down , around, and up. Room assigned was under construction. Walked back to desk. This time I was assigned a room higher up and at end of hall. Punishment for being disabled I guess. A.C / Heater had no controls . Lid was screwed down. Blew cold air all night. 17° in the a.m. No plug to unplug it either.Black hair on toilet and bathtub. No internet , not to worry. No cell phone charger. I shivered for hours. Finally left at 4 a.m. Gave them the $10 plastic key cards back and jumped in car to warm up.

Beautiful resort. Wonderful staff and amazing Christmas activities. Our one conplaint is the cost. With the expense of the room they need to be more cost effective in other areas to help families out especially during these times. 45 per day for parking is extreme and the food prices were priced 45 percent higher then most other food in the area. Other then that amazing time with my wife.

Great place to stay, not plush or full of amenities but, the beds were comfortable, the rooms clean. Very faint odor of smoke but not so much that it bothered my very sensitive nose. And, all at a budget friendly price.

Outstanding
The location to downtown is near perfect. About a three block walk to Bridgestone and Broadway. Parking is all below ground. Spots are tight and many spots are not available because people can’t park in tight spots, taking up two spots. It is nice that you have in and out privileges with your stay. Lobby are is very spacious and good spot to hang. Two pool tables, foosball and shuffleboard. They have a good selection of alcoholic drinks and nonalcoholic drinks. They even have some ice cream and other foods to choose from. The complimentary breakfast is probably one of the largest I’ve seen. If you can’t find something to eat for breakfast then you are too picky. There are three elevators. I will say they are very slow. The hall ways are clean and wide but very warm, almost humid. We stayed in a suite and it was very nice. It had a large fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, nice size sink and a hot plate to cook on. We were on 10th floor so we had decent views. The hot water in shower in take a while to get warm not hot. I would recommend this location for sure.
Overall our stay was great. The hotel is easily walkable to anywhere downtown. Close to a few restaurants and easy to get an u er down to the airport. The front staff were super friendly, I believe his name was Jonathan who worked valet or so out front, he was so nice to talk to and was very informative on recommendations. I hope he is there when we come back next
JJanice EThe hotel is nicely appointed. The room was very clean and in great condition. The staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast bar had great choices and good coffee. I didn’t get to use the pool but hope to give it a try the next time I’m in Nashville.
GGuest UserMy daughter and I stayed at the Hilton for a Mother/Daughter trip to Nashville over Labor Day weekend. It is a great hotel in a wonderful location. It is just a short drive to Broadway and the hotel offers a free shuttle anywhere within 3 miles, which is a HUGE bonus. This amenity saves parking fees and headaches. Tony, one of the many amazing shuttle drivers was our favorite. He was great! The front desk staff was also incredibly helpful and friendly. Kierra and Alanta helped us with recommendations and getting the shuttle scheduled when we needed it. Al, one of the managers was incredibly hospitable the day the elevator was being repaired and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of in the best way possible. I recommend purchasing the breakfast plan. The breakfast was great, however, the service was a bit lacking there. Joseph was our waiter the first day and went out of his way to ensure we had excellent service, however, the other 3 mornings the service was non-existent and slow, but we managed anyway. It is still a great value. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Housekeeping was also friendly. The valet desk was more than helpful with anything we needed. We will definitely recommend this hotel to others and stay again on our next visit. Great job!!! Keep up the great service!
GGattaPerfect everything!!! The location is close to everything walking distance.
The room was big and spacious. I reserved for three people and it had even more sets of towels. It was clean and beds were very comfortable.
Breakfast was included with many fresh options. Parking is extra but a good price. Would recommend it
AAmanda CStaff was nice. I found it really noisy with the busy freeway on one side and a massive busy rail yard on the other side. Could hear screechy train brakes all day. Not a place you’d want to hang out around the room and go for a walk. It was just not what I was expecting from the pictures when I booked. Our room smelled a bit musty and it was bit outdated. Bring your own pillows! There were just a couple of really flat pillows provided.
MMonica Yulieth SalazarThe hotel itself seems to me to be a very high price considering that on the Internet they offer breakfast and when you arrive at the reception it is a mini reception where they tell you that because there is no more breakfast then it is misleading advertising on the internet they must Correct their advertising and they don't really have a laundry. It's just the rooms and nothing else and a reception. So it's too basic for its price.
GGuest UserThe check in process was standard. The clerk was pleasant. There is a working elevator to the second and third floors, this is a plus since we were on the second floor. The room was really dated, old carpet with many stains, old appliances (the fridge had rust and stains) old sink and tub with missing parts, but in working order. The room had a very strong smell of smoke even though the room was supposed to be a smoke free room. We contacted the front desk and they stated it was due to the AC pulling in outdoor air, not so sure I believe that one, no concession was offered. I would not stay here again without an update to the rooms.
