The staff was very helpful

Pictures online were deceiving, property is really dated and needs to be updated. Our room was clean but smelled very musty, you could tell a lot of cigarettes had been smoked in there. The staff was very friendly and i cant say enough good things about them. Its just about 7 mins outside of the historic center of Natchez. Its pretty much what you would expect for the pricepoint, so all in all 3 stars

The office staff was good, and even called to check on us after we got in the room. The bed was comfortable. Otherwise the property and continental breakfast was very disappointing.

Not good food, need a maintenance up grade, rooms were smelly

Hotel rooms were NOT clean. Living and dead large bugs inside. Broken furniture. No in room phone. Cable and TV cord missing. Bathroom floor and tub uneven. Mold in one bathroom and rust & in all of the 3 we were exposed to. Unsanitary. Unsafe inside and outside loitering.

This Hotel IS NOT WHAT IT markets itself as! The rooms were in very bad condition. We had reserved two rooms and in town for a funeral. Bathrooms were old, dirty, rusted water stains, mold peeling shower ceiling appear to be falling, and water took at least 10 mins to heat. Large living and dead bugs on the walls, floors, doors. Broken room chair my husband almost sat in. Broken entry door locks. Missing TV cable and cord. No phone in one room. The rooms were so dirty we WOULD NOT eat anything at the hotel. The parking lot and general area around the hotel rooms, had people who appeared to be on a month-to-month lease, homeless or down on their luck, loitering and staring. It felt very UNSAFE. The General Manager was immediately engaged around 8pm by the young lady at the counter. He arrived and had an excuse for most of the bad conditions. We were really embarrassed because the family members we invited endured most of the poor conditions. I have visited many states and countries and have NEVER experienced this. As a Wyndham owner I would not recommend Days Inn Natchez. The Internet pictures and the front of the hotel are deceiving. But the reviews are for REAL!! We have many current pictures for this date August 10th, 2024. WE FEEL DUPED!! Based on other reviews our experience is not an anomaly. Wyndham AND Days Inn, if you continue to be open for business and in business together, you MUST do better promptly and. Guests will lose trust in the hotel’s ability to provide quality service, impacting the overall establishment, and lead to a cascade of negative consequences.

This was our second time coming here and it’s honestly become our go to spot for when we want to get out of Louisiana. The pool is super nice (looks like they have resurfaced the bottom since we have been here 3 years ago). Akeela (I probably butchered spelling her name lol) was super friendly and very welcoming!!! The maintenance guy that unlocked the pool for us was also really nice! We enjoy coming here and will be back! The hotel is right off of a main road and there are plenty of food places nearby. Try County Pie for a super good pizza!!! This hotel also offers supper but we never made it to try it. I do think that’s really neat that y’all have that. The only thing I didn’t care for was the bathroom. The shower sealant was peeling up all over and the toilet made a weird high pitched sound. Other than that, everything was great!! Oh! I also wanted to say shout out to housekeeping! I know they said y’all were short staffed when we checked in, but GIRL. I used to be a housekeeping manager and you’d never know! The beds are super tight and uniform whenever we passed the vacant rooms. Y’all can really make a bed!!!!

Half way point for our trip to Florida. Convenient location. Older facility but some updating done. Could use some more. A place we can stay with our dogs. Breakfast is average for this type hotel. We have never made in time for the afternoon food.
