The hotel is nice, the staff are friendly but the trainee needs to be given some instructions on what he can and can't do! Tip: If there are problems, it would be better to communicate directly with the customer than to contact your supervisor unnecessarily. (This can be very unpleasant for the customer and end badly!) Please don't take offense but the rating is a little lower than expected for me.
