Flight arrived at midnight - this was perfect for one night. Close to airport , Clean comfortable bed, good ensuite , a large room , a safe, lagoon views, and a fab breakfast appeared in the morning . Thank you guys ! Very good value for money .would stay again .

Worst place to stay when it comes to customer care . The place itself has a nice ambiance but the staff there is extremely unfriendly and service is very poor. Specifically the security guard who is in charge there but trying to act as the manager and talking to the customers in a very hostile manner is totally unacceptable . I don’t recommend this place to anyone if they are looking forward to friendly and cozy place to stay where they feel valued and respected . The staff doesn’t know how to respect the customers let alone a fellow human being .

The worst customer service ever. I checked in at around 7 pm. Paid the fee for the room first up and then ordered food at around 10pm and asked them to put it on my rooms tab so that I can pay it off when I check out. At around 1 am when I wanted to go out to Negombo, the security officer refused to open the gate to get my car out till I pay the price for a chicken fried rice I ordered in the night. It’s the first time this happened to me and when I said that this is not great service, even the manager took the security officers side and the security officer was super rude. It’s as if I would disappear in my car leaving. My stuff in the room without paying the price of a chicken fried rice. Pathetic and so disappointed
