We stayed Feb/Mar and loved it. Friendly staff and great owners. Anything we needed they were fast to get it for us. The folks staying there longterm were very friendly as well. Pool was clean as well as the apartment we stayed in. Nice location to many restaurants and bars. The Drifters is just across the street, great place and food from Mama Monica. Alfred's just down the road, very good breakfast.

STAY AWAY this establishment is not credible. Upon arriving into Montego Bay airport, I received a call from establishment demanding I pay an additional 800.00us. I booked my stay six weeks prior. This ruined my vacay. SCAMMERS STAY AWAY .

I had a booking with them . Had confirmation and reference #. Room was paid in full and when i arrived I was told they had no room for me. The man was beyond rude and didn't even attempt to solve the problem. Extremely unprofessional and it was a terrible experience. I had to scramble to find my own room somewhere else in Negril. Still have not gotten my money back. Disgusting

The property was extremely clean and neat. You are getting more than what you pay for. Fortunately after reading a negative review I decided to take a chance and stay at this property and I am so glad I did. Had I went with the review I would have missed out on a fabulous property. When I arrived it only took a minute or two to gain access to the property. I was greeted by Mr. Robin who explained the in's and out's and the security protocol. I was given a key for gate that was secure at all times. While I was waiting for Mr. Robin to complete my registration Ms.Carol entered the office and gave me a few tips about the island which was much appreciated. The room has all the comforts of home, full kitchen with utensils etc.,full bathroom and dining area. Mr. Robin and Ms. Carol treated me like I was family and I enjoyed my three day stay and I will be a returning guest in the near future.

I have never been so miserable in Negril. After a 13 hour flight, i arrived at the property to a locked gate. I called and called for the owner to let us in. She told us that ********** had made no reservation for me to stay for 3 weeks. Eventually, she found the reservation, allocated us a room but said I'd have to transfer to another room in 4 days because the room was booked to a regular guest ! On day 3, she demanded that i moved to the second room and said that i had to cancel my plans for the day because it wasn't convenient for her for me to move the following day, as agreed previously. The second room was small, dark and smelt of damp. I complained that it was an inferior room and she erupted into a diatribe of shouting and swearing and then stropped away. Her husband and daughter apologised but she refused to discuss her unacceptable behaviour and foul language. I spent 2 hours trying to contact ********** to complain and then 2 hours receiving a phone call to sort out allocating me another property. The owner of Seascape is rude, aggressive, dismissive and totally unprofessional. The property is rundown, under construction and nothing like any glossy photos depicted in their adverts.
