I have stayed with my family couple of days ago. The ambience and surrowndings were ok. Location is also ok, and it is 1 km away from laxmanour beach (sunset point. The room windows and exterior was not maintained properly. Rest of the things are good. An average stay.

Overall not a pleasant experience, the rooms were not as good as shown in pictures. The ac was not working properly, the bathroom had broken taps. But the service was good by the staff. Location wise it's perfect for laxmanpur beach 1.

I hotel is good but blankets have holes and also doormats are very bad and they torn-ed as well. From the doormats bad smell sand is coming. I don’t have images.

1. The room condition was good for a night stay and the cost was reasonable. 2. Staff was quite cooperative. 3. The food quality was excellent and well prepared. 4. Overall a good stay.

Room was good but the taps in the bathroom were not functioning properly. The wifi speed was even less than 2g speed, the tv was just for show. I informed the staffs several times but no solution
