Lo stabile x me e top the top.!! x chi ha solo esigenza di RIPOSARE BENE questo e il posto giusto. Esperienza da fare ho visto gente ritornare. Vi e una mensa con i suoi orari, una volta dentro al monastero vivi un altra dimensione. Sappiate che e un monastero e collegio e non un hotel. Lo definisco monastero dove regna pace tranquillità zero ******. Bello e anche conversare con i Padri monfortini. Fuori dal monastero 5 minuti a piedi trovi tutti i servizi. Consiglio a tutti di sperimentare questo modo di fare vacanza.

Il collegio Emiliani è una piccola perla situata in uno dei più bei quartieri genovesi. Questo presenta sia un servizio ottimale con un assortimento di professionali e gentili cuoche che provvedono all'aspetto del cibo e di un rapido ed effettivo servizio di pulizia che permette un esperienza ancora migliore. Inoltre la struttura in se con i suoi colonnati ed archi e con l'immensa terrazza panoramica accompagna in ogni aspetto la pernottazione. Inoltre questa sia dal lato della terrazza principale c'ha da quello delle minori fornisce una vista sul mare mozzafiato degna dei più rinomati poli balneari. In aggiunta la posizione stessa dell'Emiliani permette sia un arrivo comodo e veloce che una zonna riparata dalla movida cosa non scontata per un locale costiero. Anche dall'aspetto turistico è ineccepibile posizionandosi a mezza via tra due ottime gelaterie e vicina sia alle spiagge sassose tipiche della Liguria che ad una sabbiosa posizionata a ridosso del centro di nervi. Va considerata anche la vicinanza con la suggestiva passeggiata Anita Garibaldi che permette sia una vista maestosa sulla costa ligure che anche un veloce tratto per arrivare sia alla stazione che a diversi locali enogastronomici. L'ottima posizione unita ad un ineccepibile servizio donano all'Emiliani un posto privilegiato tra i migliori locali di villeggiatura di tutta Italia.

The only things missing are a hairdryer and bidet. Actually, there is a faucet inside the toilet, but it made sense to use it. Good price in agreement with hospitals, which exempt from tourist tax.

the location itself is not bad, however cleanliness is lacking (especially in the toilets). moreover, the school environments are poorly maintained (cracks, infiltrations, vulgar writing on the walls...). the teachers in most cases are CAPABLE but not very communicative, in several cases they are INCOMPETENT (in some cases even a mixture of dialects of their origin is not understandable).

La posizione fantastica non giustifica la scarsa accoglienza e la inadeguata gestione attuale, sembra quasi di dare fastidio. Bella struttura,ma trascurata con camere calde, ormai quasi fatiscenti. Spettacolare terrazza sul mare, ma non godibile in quanto il cancello che dava accesso privato al mare, punto di forza della struttura, (evidenziato giustamente anche sul sito) era sempre chiuso con lucchetto, per ragioni diverse...A nulla sono valse le lamentele anche presso l'Economato. Inoltre ci è stato negato l'uso delle sdraio che invece gli altri anni erano a disposizione degli ospiti. Colazione basic alla macchinetta con briosche confezionate, si vedevano passare vassoi di brioche fresche, ma non per gli ospiti... Cena in refettorio (con muri che perdevano pezzi dintonaco ovunque) self service minimal, con tovaglie e posate di plastica, porzioni scarse, solo un primo e scelta tra due secondi tra cui scuri bastoncini di pesce. Negata la richiesta di assaggiare due secondi: o l'uno o l'altro! Le pulizie in camera non sono più giornaliere, ma ogni tre giorni. Insomma il servizio è gravemente diminuito, ma i prezzi sono decisamente aumentati! Bella mossa!

Da alcuni anni trascorro brevi periodi presso la struttura. Dalla splendida terrazza, a strapiombo sul mare,si gode di una vista magnifica! Da una scaletta si accede al mare in una piccola e suggestiva insenatura. Nota dolente è la gestione di questo bel luogo. Pulizia scarsa, camere che andrebbero completamente rimesse a nuovo. Attenzione agli ospiti pressoché inesistente, anche di fronte a semplici richieste la risposta è stata negativa. Nel bagno solo due micro bustine di detergente, sufficienti sì e no per lavarsi le mani un paio di volte! Nel refettorio dove si fa colazione entrano anche due "simpatici" piccioni con le conseguenze che potete immaginare. Niente tazze per il latte e niente tazzine per il caffè. A disposizione solo delle coppette di materiale riciclabile inadeguate per il caffelatte. Oltretutto hanno aumentato il prezzo di 10 euro... Un vero peccato che non ci sia una persona all'altezza della situazione! Una struttura che meriterebbe di essere valorizzata da una persona capace. Amo Nervi e la prossima volta spero di essere accolta come merita una affezionata cliente.
