We rented this Hotel just for refreshing the family after 26 hours of journey. We planned to take a quick shower and head out to Vrindavan to do the Mangala Aarti. But none of the four rooms has a hot water. Maintenance and Desk Clerk tried hard and with no option left we have to take a Chilled Water Shower which has adverse health effect on three of our family members out of 12 members. But it was not at all a pleasant stay. And one of the thing was that the desk people were not ready to accept the truth. They were asking us to wait for 30 minutes more to see if the gyser can deliver hot water.

Terrible stay, rooms booked were family suite but family suites were nit ready at the time of check in, rooms allotted were bot cleaned, receptions phone was not working, so for every problem one has to get down for the complain.

It was showing while booking, the king and doble bed, but there was a king and a single bed there.
Rooms not properly clean, the bed sheets were very dirty and having blood dots on it. Washrooms were smelling very bad. I have to check out one day early.

Booked 4 rooms. Upon arrival took very rude staff over an hour to check us in. They could not find our reservations. Rooms were not ready. They showed us one room and explained they still needed to clean it as it was used for wedding celebration the night before. One of the rooms only had 1 bed (we ordered a room for family room). One room had a platform with no padding and said it was a bed. Despite their mistake, we had to pay for another room but they wouldn't give us access to it until 11:00 PM. Asked them to hire taxes to take to the airport. The hotel staff wanted to charge us 2 - 3 times the actual rate (his personal fee for calling taxes). Been to India lots and stayed all over--this place was absolutely crazy!
