The room I was given was dirty and the toilet seat was not removed. I saw the staff cleaning it, but they were also wiping the table with the same mop they used to mop the floor. I plan to stay only for one day. Since it was an advance payment system, I made a reservation by paying in advance, but I looked for another accommodation and stayed there.

The hotel was literally shady as in the washroom i could smell someone smoking and the washroom is connected with the other room’s washroom. I could hear people speaking. Didn’t like the vibe

Stayed on 3 rd floor. Hotel is without lift. No windows in room. Shifted to ac room. Charged 500 rs extra. Heavy luggage almost 30 kg weight i was having only single helper provided i hold the weight ***** with the helper to 3rd floor. Since no windows in room, it was having smoke smell after opening of room. No hot water facility. Ac was not working took 4 hours to have cool atmosphere in room. Mirror in bathroom was having suspicious switch lighting. Geyser was not providing hot water. Bedsheets were not changed. On feeling itching i came to reception at ground floor to have new bed sheets changed myself bedsheets. Whole troublesome terrible experience

(1) i booked a room at hotel star palace, saraswathi marg, karolbagh, but you / they ch-eased and allotted at main bazaar phiroj bagh area, (2) this area is fully mass area, (3) much of pick pocketers, fraukd business shops and people are there. (4) we faced very difficult to travel to any other placen by auto etc, (5) we faced so-many troubles to good food / cost of money with hotel staff.
